Well you never need to worry about things being out of stock. Buy in bulk and ultimately save money. This store was clean and organized. Weekend traffic created longer lines but with their scan and go option is an easy way to overt that. Plus their concessions offer a quick and tasty snack or meal option. It's things like this that separates this shopping experience from everywhere else.

The Cafe cheese pizza today 1/23/was not as good as usually is. Was under baked and cheese was wierd and different and overcooked and so happy to see morgan back and in charge!!

Not only were they late yesterday with pickup order, there were NO parking spots at multiple points today. I came back 30 mins before close, checked in, and multiple cars who did the same all got left waiting without any notice that they closed. They just left us waiting for 45 minutes before someone asked the person doing carts what was going on that they closed and weren’t bringing out any more orders. RIDICULOUS!

This is the 3rd time trying to use this locations pick up option. Save yourself the trouble and just DONT. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone to communicate with you. This poor kid is the ONLY one working it - he was so kind and looked exhausted. This store is MASSIVE how can you expect ONE person to operate this service? There’s no way to cancel your online order after 30 minutes of placing it. My order is now 3 hours past due and there’s 30 minutes until the place closes and NO ONE WILL HELP US. You have to be kidding me. People spend $$$ of dollars here per order. It’s frustrating and just sad.

Sam’s Club is going downhill. They changed their order for pick up system and every time I go now it’s late or they don’t even have it. I waited for over an hour during my time slot went in and spoke with an associate who really didn’t care he said he couldn’t tell me when it was going to be ready. Didn’t care about following up with anyone and said would you like to cancel. I had a 2 Hour Dr. back home and it was past 7 PM so I had them cancel the order if this is the way they do business. I am hoping Costco comes. It can’t be too soon.

Have you ever been so thankful for people and the business that employed these great individuals? Day after Christmas 2024 we are so grateful for the service of Sam’s Club Tire department Keara and Maddie who saved our vacation with a flat tire service that was no easy task. We are Sam’s Club members from Huntington Beach CA and we’re just so happy to have encountered Sam’s Club’s employees like these ladies. I hope this review reaches them. Today at the pharmacy, I paid for my prescription and requested $40 cash back. The cashier, Donna, responded by huffing and expressing frustration, stating she didn’t know if she had enough cash. I apologized and said I hadn’t realized there was a limit. She then told me that customers should ask first because they “don’t keep cash” and that their cash-back limit is $20. If this is the policy, it would be helpful to have it clearly posted at the register to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure customers don’t feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable, and it has made me reconsider renewing my Sam’s Club membership.

Love Sam's, love this store. They are always in stock and clean. However...the meat department.. I come here to restock my freezer every month. They have the best prices for meats. Now, I always get the big pack of pork chops, and at first I noticed that the bones in the cut were EXTREMELY sharp and irregular... Well, I still buy this pack of porkchops, have been for about half a year now...and I have had to wash the porkchops because there are SO many little bone fragments and shards scattered across the meat. Not to mention that the bones in the pork chops aren't just sharp, but splintered... Now that can be very dangerous for an adult, but I also have a toddler at home. Which is even more dangerous!Mind you I rinse the chops before cooking, pick out bone shards as Im cooking, and check them as Im cutting and STILL will pick out pieces of bone while eating them! I really think they need to get a sharper blade in the meat department to avoid such shrapnel in the meat. I have never experienced this with any other store with their in house cut meats. So I was surprised. Im only reviewing to make this comment, because it is a frequent occurrence with EVERY package of pork chops I buy. The store and its employees are otherwise wonderful! MANAGERS, PLEASE HAVE THE MEAT DEPARTMENT CHANGE THEIR BLADE TO MAKE CLEANER CUTS!

LET ME TRY THIS AGAIN SINCE SAMS KEEPS TAKING DOWN / HIDING MY REVIEW! How in the heck do I pay $100 for a plus membership but anytime I’m shopping the club looks like this!! Ever since they changed to CM Ana it has been terrible! Time to get someone with leadership skills and retail knowledge! Can’t even get help from her assistant managers Jesse and Priscilla, their attitude is even worst and less helpful than Ana. Real changes need to happen here at the Grand Junction Sam’s club. I can’t believe corporate allowed this to happen. Don’t be fooled their positive reviews are from their family and friends. Just ask any and I mean ANY worker about the situation and they’ll all say the same thing!

The Tire and Battery department needs a lot of work. This started about a year ago when I ordered tires from them and they continued to schedule me a new tire installation without tires. I had been scheduled twice for an installation and they called me 30 minutes before my tire installation saying I need to reschedule. I told them I wasn't rescheduling and they need to "bump" someone else. A manager got involved and said "we don't bump people" and I said "clearly you do as I am being bumped." Long story short I had to reschedule but Ana was nice enough to take care of some things. Now almost a year later, I'm needing warranty work done on one of the tires that were installed. Come to find out they ordered me the wrong tire after I told them that I don't have a dually (not listening again). They called today and said we can't get the tire from their vendor and asked me to get it at Big O (pay for it myself) and they'll work out crediting me. This tells me that they haven't paid their tire vendor and they have been cut off until payment is received. Still don't have a resolution as to how my tire that's under warranty is going to get replaced. I would be very careful getting tires thru the club. Especially if you have a very busy schedule and don't have the resources to constantly reschedule.

Their bathrooms are always like stepping into a cattle pen. The food court cashiers never change their gloves when they handle cash or the register and then go make your pretzel. Not to mention they are chronically understaffed so you have to wait in line for 20 minutes. They should take a couple people away from pouring samples of nutrition shake so that their staff have enough time to handle food without violating health codes.

This was my first visit yesterday. So so disappointed in their family bathroom. It’s easily comparable to a junkie park bathroom. It was disgusting I felt like I could not touch anything in there. I had to change my baby so I had to figure it out. How are you going to charge people to come shop at the store and you have ratty disgusting bathrooms? What are you even doing with our money? Definitely not upkeeping the place. Having a special membership that we pay for should give us a good and clean shopping experience that will draw in more customers and keep customers. I drove an hour to be disappointed. Might as well not charge a membership. Walmarts bathrooms are cleaner and nicer. Wish we had a Costco.

Customer service is horrible at this store. I walked in and used the QR code to call an associate to the jewelry counter. No one came. Another customer came by and said he had made the request 10 minutes previously and no one ever came. At that time, there were 2 additional customers (total of 4) looking for assistance. We completed our additional shopping and went back to the jewelry counter. Again, scanned and waited. Finally, I went to the customer service counter and requested assistance. When I got back to the jewelry counter an associate was just walking up to the counter. By that time, another customer had requested service. This is where my experience went from 3 star to 1. Kevin, the POS (and while that may be his position at Sam's, POS stands for something else to me.) The other customer didn't know what they were looking for. They were trying to compare items on the website versus what they were looking for in the cabinet. I requested my item that I had already decided on and was ready to check out. I was then told by Kevin, that basically I needed to wait my turn. EXCUSE ME? If I hadn't walked to customer service we'd have still been waiting on POS Kevin. I then stated that someone needs to "man" the counter during the holidays because I'd seen multiple customers walk away because they didn't receive assistance. POS Kevin, then stated that was a "home office" decision and I should talk to them. REALLY??? POS Kevin is supposed to have some sort of authority and he's incapable of making the recommendation to management and home office that more assistance is needed at the locked counter. I simply just left and will make my purchase elsewhere even if I have to pay a little more. POS Kevin, lacks customer service should not be in a position that involves customers or authority.

Went to get my pick up order. The app wasn’t working so I called the customer service number because Sam’s Club doesn’t have a number for pick up like ALL the other stores do including Walmart. I called 4 times and nobody answered. I finally had to call another department (tire and battery) and thankfully someone answered. What about those elderly or disabled? They would have to get out of their vehicles and go into the store. That defeats the purpose for having pick up. It took 30 minutes and it wasn’t busy at all at pick up. You need a separate phone number for pick up orders. Please do better Sam’s Club

I recently became a member and tried to order my first delivery. When half my delivery did not come I called to ask some questions. They didn't really know how to answer them so I asked to speak with someone that would be able to answer more of my questions. I spoke with Troy the manager. He was very impolite and spoke over me every time I tried to explain my situation. He essentially told me to figure it out there's nothing he can do. I also noticed shopping the app, products are not fully listed and they do not keep up what what is in stock and not in stock making delivery a nightmare. Ive previously used Walmart delivery and EVERYTHING IS HALF the price for similar amounts and their delivery system is much smoother/ they are able and willing to help if something Is wrong.

I used to come to Sam's club for a bite and always bought more than I planned. However, they have gradually destroyed the quality of the Cafe. They got rid of unsweetened tea - a long time ago. All they have is diet or sweet things that a lot of us can't drink. We can get spigot water or pay for a bottle of water, that's all. They should have iced tea! They also have been decreasing the size of cafe items. What was once a decent-sized drink cup is now 12(?) or 16 oz(?) with no lids that fit. See the cup on the right. The hot dogs are lukewarm and go up and down in size also. They used to hang out of the bun on both ends. At times now they don't even fill the bun. Same changes with the pizza. I used to really like stopping there to grab a bite. It's not a draw for me any more. At least I save money since it has really cut down on my impulse purchases!

When I normally come here the experience is great but this time it was terrible..Why you may ask? Ill tell you. The night i came here the younger white woman Took my order, and rang it in wrong when I clearly said the item i wanted and then proceeded to charge me and give me the wrong item. After I received the item, I immediately took it to the front counter and asked if I could get my correct item. in this case it was a sundae I said a brownie sundae and she rang in a brownie cookie. I politely/immediately took it to the front counter and asked if I could get my correct item and she told me that she wasn't able to do it even though!!!! Mind you this is important *She gave the family ahead of us a free hotdog* But yeah, I couldn't get the item I asked for in the first place Because apparently it wasn't a store policy or whatever. and this isn't the first time she's been rude. Once time we came here and she was extremely rude to one of my friends. I understand working In customer service, but not giving me the right item when you rang it in wrong is annoying. and this is important as well The item I Was charged for was More than the item I wanted So I just politely one in my item I didn't even wanna refund none of that. I just wanted My correct item.

I think we all expect to get groceries that aren’t damaged when we pay a yearly fee to access Sams Club. Yet, on more than one occasion I have seen groceries and items they put out that are damaged and I am just really tired of it. They put full price on items that could be considered hazardous if consumed because they are damaged . When an items packaging is compromised it allows bacteria and other contaminants to enter the packaging and could end up being consumed by the customer . Another issue is the cafe . They like to pre-make items and put them in a warming box for people to pick up and take. The food in there gets dried and it’s inedible. On one occasion they were pre making ice cream and storing it in the fridge. So uncovered ice cream is just sitting in a fridge and they sell It to the customers. The ice cream has chunks of ice in it from being freezer burnt! What is going on at this Sams Club! Maybe it’s time to contact the health department. This is unacceptable and to have members pay a yearly fee for this ! Outrageous! Photos of some dented cans I came across. These aren't the only items damaged in the store
