Wedding cakes here are amazing!!!!! We got a 3 tier cake & several cupcakes for our wedding & rehearsal dinner. I had people comment that the cupcakes were the best they've ever had & that the cake was delicious. You can't beat ~$70 for a three tier cake!!

Had a pick up order for Sat May 31 to be picked up at 7-8p. Sat in the parking lot for an hour and was never able to check in because it never showed that the order was ready. Then At 7:50, one of their delivery personnel got in a verbal fight with a customer in a car. If not for the intervention of another delivery employee, it would have become physical. The Sam’s employee that was getting into it with the customer in the car was completely out of control and over the top. Whatever was said, it does not excuse an employee for behaving like that in front of other customers on a company parking lot? I’m the meantime, 8pm passes, no message about my order and the store closes. I would’ve walked in, if not for the continuing argument, possible altercation, in the parking lot between the delivery employee and someone in a car, who by then had gotten out of his car. I Tried to call the store and Someone answered the phone and just set it down on the counter and never came back. The employee never said hello, they just picked it up to stop it from ringing and left the line open. I could tell because I could hear the conversations going on in the store. Another unprofessional third thing in one visit. This location has gotten ridiculous, the manager must be completely under trained and not capable to deliver the Walmart values. If you don’t want to do, or can’t do, pick up orders, then don’t, and those of us that use the store will be forced to either buy somewhere else or go in. But if you’re going to do it, you need to have competent people in charge of it. It’s not like we’re asking you to do something we’re not paying for. I will bypass the store and go to one farther away going forward so not to have to deal with this group of employees. It’s a shame for Walmart, which has such a great company reputation to have a location that is so badly run. In 30 years of being a Walmart/Sam's customer, I have never seen a store run like this. Going further means I will go less, of that I’m sure, if I have to drive further away.

This club is easy to get to and find. The workers all seem friendly. There is always a good selection and I enjoy the instant savings. But this club isn't always stocked as it has been in the past. Sometimes you have to ask for help to get things you need that you normally wouldn't have to ask for.

Lexington's only sams club. Pretty standard club with wide selection of bulk items. Staff is friendly and concessions are a good deal. My only complaint is they got rid of the coca cola freestyle machine!

Very much the same as Costco. Great prices for things purchased in bulk. Store brand, Member's Mark, is usually the highest quality sold anywhere at a terrific price. Opens earlier than Costco for premium members. The best way to choose which warehouse club to join is to pick the one that is closest to you.

Placed an order for two new tires to be mounted and balanced and had a minor issue with the tire techs. There was some kind of safety concern with mounting new tires on the front of the vehicle (common sense you want your good rubber where 70% of the braking is done), after clearly making this request when i ordered the tires and the day of install i was never made aware of any policy until after everything was complete. Luckily Sierra came to save the day! Very respectful and willing to figure out a solution for both sides! In the end both sides got what they wanted, maybe could use more training on policies for tire techs.

I found a lot of great products for a great price. You're buying in bulk so although you are paying more up front, it's cheaper when you break out the cost.

The old gray headed door greeter was EXTREMELY, extremely rude. My dad and I had went in to grab a few things, and my dad is DISABLED and just had back surgery, and went to get on the mobile scooter shopping carts, and the old man said he couldn’t use it and I said “it’s on 80%”, and he said “you’re not allowed to use it” and then proceeded to say with an attitude, “ you can use it but it’ll die”. We will never be back to this location. Absolutely disappointed and very very upset.

Good prices, lots of checkout Lanes open but the ones with cashier's were backed up. Nice selection of Christmas trees. Appreciate the lower gas price. Wish you had rechargeable (only) AAA batteries with my than 800 mAh. Don't need a charger nor AA size.

No longer does sam's do guest passes so I became a member today. Membership 100$ for one year includes free shipping and online shopping as well as inside their stores. I love this place. They have alot of different merchandise and the prices are great. Super happy about being a club member.

Wes went above and beyond to assist me. He took the initiative to track down a product I was looking for, and find me in the store. His dedication and follow through truly made my day.

They re-arranged the dairy & chilled fruit & veggies that need to stay cold next to the meat section. I really like it. They moved the fruit that don't need refrigeration to a better spot that allows more room to shop them. Cashier was friendly. We were out the door quickly & that was awesome.

On November 10, 2025, I purchased a package of ground beef (HM GRND BEEF) at Sam’s Club (receipt attached). I would like to emphasize that this was the first and will be the last time I purchased ground beef at Sam’s Club. I normally buy ground beef at Costco, and I have never experienced any issues there. Unfortunately, this incident completely undermined my trust in the product purchased at Sam’s Club. I used this meat to prepare patties for my family. On the morning of November 14, while eating, my son discovered a sharp, transparent piece of hard material inside one of the patties (photo attached). I am deeply shocked and extremely concerned about what could have happened if he had swallowed it. Part of these patties was also given to my 1.5-year-old grandson, who fortunately did not have the chance to eat them. The presence of such a dangerous object in food is unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk. Much of the prepared food has already been consumed, and I cannot know whether other fragments might have been present. I respectfully request a full investigation and an official explanation addressing: How this foreign object could have entered the ground beef. At what stage of production or packaging the contamination occurred. What corrective measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Photos and the receipt are attached. I am willing to provide the physical fragment and any remaining product if needed. Sincerely, Olga Kozlova.

Was super busy, however was able to get through self check out with zero wait. However, if you don't shop there very often the store is constantly getting changed around and makes it hard to find your items quickly.

Waited 30 minutes for a single pizza pretzel, was asked by employees 3 times what I ordered. Ordered with them in person at the register and after the 3rd time they asked me I told them again and the guy said oops I forgot, talked to a manager got the pizza pretzel that had apparently just sat there and by the time I get it is cold and even burnt. Tell the manager and she just shrugs. I just walked out. It's a $2 pizza pretzel but never have I ever felt so insulted. Huge waste of time. Just worked a 10 hour shift at a warehouse with no lunch to deal with that after my shift was ridiculous.

If you’re looking to do pickup, I highly reccommend scheduling for either several hours prior or the day before. It never fails to be delayed for several hours. I’ve sat in the parking lot up until closing in hopes my order would be ready for my scheduled time. Nicholasville store is much more organized, and your order is ready on time if not earlier at that store. I’m such a fool foe giving this location another chance to rectify this.

Absolutely love the scan and go option on the app. Make shopping in the store so much quicker, you can even order a pizza to pick up on your way out the door. They now offer free curbside pickup which is also another great option if you do not have a lot of time to walk through the store.

A driver delivered my ordered today, and just left it in the middle of the sidewalk. Not on my porch, but the walk way. There was no snow or ice, path completely clear. However the driver decided to just throw my items in the middle of the sidewalk and leave. Ultimately he missed out on his tip!!! The photo he uploaded to Sam's Club told a story of it's own. Rushed, unprofessional, didn't care, cruel. That was my family's dinner for the night, now I have to find my child something else to eat. Called Sam's Club spoke with a female manager who said their drivers are hired through Spark, and there was NOTHING they could do. Not even replace the items he messed up, & broke safety seals to!!! Told me call a 888 number which is ran by A.I. after 8-9 calls I got a human who resolved the issue. Worst experience EVER!!! I didn't care about boxed or sealed items, but items with broken seals. Pizza from the deli tossed on the ground, items set directly on the ground/dirt/melting salt!!! Yeah....people tend to care about THAT!!! Do better!!!

I spend a significant amount of money at this store and am extremely disappointed, particularly with the café. Every time I visit, there is at least an hour-long wait, and the staff are consistently slow, unprofessional, and often rude. I am also very concerned about what appear to be multiple health code violations, including employees handling food and cash without changing gloves, wiping their noses on their shirts, and showing a general lack of urgency and basic food safety awareness. This café clearly needs better training, stronger management oversight, and higher standards of professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expect a much better experience than what I have repeatedly encountered.
