I called the floral department to ask if they could deliver flowers on a Sunday to a relative who was in the hospital nearby (I live out of state). No florists were open on Sunday! Natalie took my call & handled everything with excellence. The flowers were lovely, I saw a picture. I totally recommend this Safeway (& Natalie!) for your floral needs, especially on Sundays! ๐๐

Great flowers today for Valentine's and fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate! Cashier's and store personnel are always friendly!! The shelves are very well stocked and organized.

No problems with the store itself.... just every evening when we come in for late night snacks....the self check out helper is always watching shows on his phone.... updated the current late night self checkout helper is now on her phone when I come in...

They are so much better than City Market and Walmart. I never have problems with Safeway and I will always prefer to go here before going anywhere else. They have the best and freshest meat in town.

Whoever I just spoke with at the pharmacy was incredibly rude and did not give me any information but โcome on down anytimeโ and every question I asked she kept repeating โcome on down anytimeโ and then hung up in my face. Beyond unhelpful and foul attitude all around

Absolutely annoying having to check every single item you pick up for an expiration date. A month over expiration soft cheese is not reasonable by any standards. Especially when you pay 20% more for the same items compared to Safeways in much smaller remote locations. This store is too busy to have an excuse for selling expired food.

I visited two separate Safeway stores in less than a week. 1 in Denver Colorado and one in Grand junction Colorado. I was not impressed by customer service received, as there was next to none. The employees here were minimally helpful. The Safeway in Denver in my opinion was poorly organized and part of the reason for what seemed to be disgruntled staff is that they were understaffed. The Safeway in Grand junction Colorado was definitely a cleaner and friendlier store. It was a very large safe Way and they had plenty to offer to the consumer. They had a wide selection of options for grocery and non-grocery items to choose from. This seemed like less of your basic market and more like a One-Stop shop for everything.

Used to be a decent store, but they put up all the security gates, parked on one side of the store have to come out on the other, and the staff are kind of rude. Donโt think Iโll be coming back.

Only problem with this location is that at lunchtime it was absolutely overun by High school students. Same great quality and the staff were aware of the customers and pulled non high school students to the front of the line. Just no seating available during the lunch rush.

The new security gates are horrible. Can only exit out of one of their front doors. Great job at treating all your customers like they are criminals. Definitely will be finding a new store to shop at.

Not sure how late the deli stays open but three times I have been in the store around 6:15-6:30 and 3 times have been ignored. Just looking to get someone to slice some meat and didnโt think Iโd have to beg someone for help. The employees literally ignored me standing there at the counter and I was the only person there. Maybe get a bell? Or a flag to wave? Yeah, terrible customer service

I have loved and shopped at this Safeway for years. Now they have these security bars up at the entrance and exit and it absolutely ruins the lovely shopping experience that used to be had here. If I want to use the self check out and then go to Starbucks on my way out I will have to walk around outside of the building to re-enter which is absolutely ridiculous. Trust your customers, take down the bars.
