Cut main wiring harness in windshield, without vehicle for awhile, ehen we got it back still was not repaired correctly and noone said anything. Had to call dealership myself to get the real story. Very upset have called and left messages with safelite care team and still have not heard back from upper management, terrible customer service.

I got my windshield replaced and chose to replace the wiper blades thinking they would be of high quality. Turns out I paid $70.00 for some really poor quality blades that make alot of noise going accross the windshield. I really hope the glass is of better quality.

Updated Review: After reading the review and reaching out, I have to say the new management cared enough to do what they can to make things right. They initially offered a replacement dash panel, but ended up offering a repair instead. I was skeptical that the repair would make it through a summer and a winter without cracking; but here I am a year later and it's held up quite well. Can I tell where the damage is? Yes. Is it 80-90% less noticeable? Also yes. Mistakes happen, but it's how you deal with it that matters. Thank you guys. Original Review: Still awaiting a resolution on a windshield installation where a tool went into the leather topped dash on our Jeep Gladiator. Technician came out to show me how it could not have possibly been the tool he used; but it turned out it lined up damn near perfectly. We had been awaiting a call back from a manager, but it seems it's never coming. I get that mistakes happen, we are human; but not even attempting to make it right or bother to communicate isn't a good approach.

Once Safelite was contacted, I had an appointment the next day. They were fast efficient friendly and clean. When they were done Jason asked me if I knew how the settings worked ? Yes, I responded and drove on my merry way. Next day the sensors did not work. I was concerned, took it back. Jason very patently looked at the settings. They were off. He then explained it all to me. This is a young man who knows how to do business. Safelite will have any future glassware business I may need.

Customer service is awesome but they do not care about your vehicle. They left handprints, scratches, and gouges in the leather dash of my vehicle. They also installed the wrong size wiper blade on the rear glass causing it to get stuck against the 3rd brake light housing rendering it inoperable during a rainstorm. There was a bunch of debris left in my car from the removal of the windshield as well. If you’ve got a regular car I’m sure they do just fine but I wouldn’t suggest them if you care about your vehicles condition or have a collector/high end car.

My wife just left the shop empty handed after the employee told her there was no damage to her windshield. A car wash damaged the lamination at the top of my windshield which will eventually lead to further damage to the windshield and the car from glass shards scratching the pain in the carwash. The associate argued with my wife stating that there was no damage even though it was very clear that the lamination is damaged and there are chunks of glass coming out of the windshield.

It was my first time having ti replace a windahield and Safelite has a great website for scheduling appointments, which helped me figure out a day and time that worked with my schedule to get my windshield replaced on my Lexus. They have a nice building and are centrally located. Safelite delt directly with my insurance company, which helped make the entire process simple and easy. They recalibrated my vehicle's cameras as part of the replacement process and issued a certificate for that service as well, to ensure it was done properly and with a guarantee for reassurance. Their communication was great and the paperless receipts and emailed links for warranty docs and info. were also an added plus for me. Everyone at this location was friendly and professional and they did an excellent job replacing my windshield with one of similar value and quality. I definitely recommend trying Safelite AutoGlass (Grand Junction, CO location) for your auto glass needs. Safelite was easy to set appt online. Showed up on time. The staff was friendly and kept me informed. The windshield replacement was done in an hour while I waited. The service guys even jumped to help open the lobby door door for me, backed my car in so it was easier for me to get in, and helped me into the car since I was on crutches. A nice added surprise was they cleaned the in and outside of my other car windows and mirrors. Will definitely use again if needed.
