Tired of going in there and 4 people behind the counter in food area u ask for a chicken salad pretzel roll sandwich toasted and it takes 25 minutes to get it. Then i get it and the roll is burnt and barely any chicken salad on the sandwich. Will never go to this rutters ever again. 2 weeks ago i went in after work to get 2 hot dogs and waited almost 30 minutes to get them there were a bunch of hot dogs on the rollers. Bunch of lazy people working here

Today, I stopped by this Rutters for a salad and some mini peirogies. It took more than 10 MINUTES!!! I watched 6 people behind the food like. 4 of them were just chit chatting. There was not 1 good customer that got their food in less than 10 minutes. This location is so INEFFICIENT!!! Also, the bathrooms have a common sink. So, men and women wash their hands in a common area in view of the store. I don’t like this. It was especially frustrating since only ONE of the 3 hand sinks actually worked! Rutters did all these renovations but service and accommodations at this location are subpar.

Second shift food service is SLOW when I worked for this company it was rare that we had more than 3 orders on the screen. We kept things MOVING and yes paid 5 dollars for a large fry, an extra 2 dollars for chili and an extra dollar for cheese and no they dont load it up and give you chili cheese fries. You get a small sauce cup of chili. Otherwise I will say that their new building is so much bigger and spacious and its beautiful inside

Got a chili from here. I waited 20 minutes. They changed me almost $7 for a small chili. Found out they gave me a soup not chili and they also forgot the cheese that I ordered for $1 extra. They move slow and don't get you order right!!

I am very impressed with this gas station. Living in MD and now traveling to PA for work I have been a regular at all the different gas stations however when I tried Rutters I found the prices, selection quantity, and service to be superior than what I am used to. I also liked that for my breakfast bowl they used fresh eggs and veggies and cooked on the pan. I will be a regular here in the future.

At store #62 around 1:03am, i ordered 2 black bean burgers, i asked for them to be cooked twice thru on the normal cooking cycle, i ordered it with pickles lettuce onions and mustard, Not only did the lady making it make it exactly how i ordered it, it was made with the right amount of each ingredients, like perfect, the perfect amount of lettuce, onion, pickle, and mustard. This made my night, She needs a raise, that lady know what she is doing, good job keep it up and thank you! Best burger i had there yet!

Food service is a joke. Four people were given their food before me and I ordered way ahead of them. When asked what's the status of my order. They said they are working on it now. SDMH I went to the register for a refund. Complete joke.

The assistant manager (Bobby) was rude. He didn't acknowledge me the entire time he rang me up. He was too busy messaging people through his watch. Didn't say thank you or anything. Just started talking to the other cashier. I'm not saying he needed to be in my face but at least have some kind of decent customer service and acknowledge your customers.

the absolute worst food ive ever had.....my order was not even recognizable. i ordered a quesadilla and it was just salsa in a tray. two soft pretzels with cheese that i paid for.....no cheese. ridiculous. rutters should be ashamed. horrible convenience store. do not ho to Rutters for anything. everything they make sucks! stay away from rutters. horrible store. horrible employees

I have stopped in at this store about 10 times now so far because it is close to my workplace and I do like the flavor of some of their food menu items. I understand that there are a lot of different products and services offered here and this review pertains to the made to order food service only. I love the option to custom order food the way you like it but it’s clear that there is some breakdown in training or process that prevents this store from consistently making very simple food orders the way the customer ordered them. My typical order for breakfast is what I would consider rather basic: Sausage and egg on toasted English muffin with whipped butter and American cheese. It is not an exaggeration when I say that my order has something wrong with it no less than 80% of the time. Either the butter is missing or the muffin isn’t toasted or the sausage or egg is under-warmed. It really is mind boggling how that can be the case. Also, service with a smile is apparently not something that you should expect from this store. There’s a good chance that you will encounter an employee here that will make it clear that they don’t want to be there. At my checkout experience today the woman looked like she wanted to rip my head off. My recommendation: Find another place to go if you can.

All I’ll say here is that customers need to be patient… I see how hard the food service staff work to get all the lunch orders in, I heard a customer complain, well if you do not like the wait then go elsewhere! I come here a lot for breakfast. I normally don’t do the negative reviews on Google but I’m fed up. The last few times I came here I waited 10+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Today they weren’t busy. There was 3 employees working & they were standing around laughing and joking. Having a good time. But it shouldn’t take 10 minute to make a breakfast sandwich. This is the second time this happened to me. The first time I came to get the same thing. A breakfast sandwich. The employee that was making my food was talking to another employee about someone that was working earlier in the shift and she took forever as she was not focusing on the task at hand. This is beyond frustrating as I have to get to work by a certain time.

Wouldn't recommend ordering chicken tenders unless you think popcorn chicken when you order them. Little burnt but not bad for popcorn chicken. Also if you order a an extra large fries and the kiosk offers you to load it with nacho cheese and chilli a dollar each. They actually mean a side sauce cup serving of chilli and nacho cheese. Good for dipping fries not so much for covering an order of fries.

Big, newer style store with a super weird bathroom situation. Bathrooms are singles, and the hand washing area is communal and open to the store.... super.. super.. weird. Otherwise, it's fine.

I'm putting a 1 for the food service because I always go to different Rutters and order the low carb breakfast sausage sandwich that it's in the low carb section for people maybe with diabetes or keto diet with NO BREAD and the lady at 3rd shift and she is an assistant manager African american short hair just was so disrespectful even make a joke about the no bread and call me in the intercom. The whole time that I was waiting for the lady that was actually making it for me she talk about the whole time. "KAREN" So if she doesn't have no skills to be an assistant manager she should no be one. I have to said that I'm diabetic and should be giving you explanations because it's NO BREAD sandwich if not the owner should not sell it that's my opinion. And I actually got my food but the fact that she talked about the whole time that I was there with not ethics it was irritating. And I go to that rutters all the time it's the one close to my house.

I have 3 Rutters within 3 miles of me and rarely go to any. Gas prices are most expensive, food as well. They would not give me $200 for lottery winnings. $100 and $100 gift card of some sort. Tried to cash in the gift card for cash as I was going away the next day. After trying at Weis Market, they could not give me cash on it, even if I bought something. So, I have this card with $99 on it. Weis Market said they can redeem up to $2500 in lottery. Go there. Their food and gas are cheaper anyway. I gave two stars because the employees, when I do go to Rutters twice a year, are nice.
