It's one thing to rent out and wash luxury cars, anyone can do that, but Royalty Auto Spa delivers on luxury customer service, this is what separates them from the competition. Management was able to notice that me as a customer, was not getting the high level of service I paid for, and without me ever complaining, rectified the situation as I was getting hit with delays on when my car would be done and was getting the work around by one of their employees. I got service for a full tint, ppf, and ceramic coat service and cannot be more pleased with the results.

This place is now my go-to hand car wash in Las Vegas. It may seem on the pricier side, but you pay for experience and quality. The next morning after arriving in Vegas, I needed to find a hand wash place as the family car was due for a wash. Although they say they're open at 9am, they're really open at 8am. Anyways, when I first get there, it's a little hard to find, but they're the same company as the Royalty Exotic Car. You just go in through the main entrance and tell them you're there for the Auto Spa. After getting checked in, I opted for the mini-detail as it was their fastest service, meticulous detail to your car in what turned out to be just an hour. Anyways, they did a great job was the mini detail. They restored the super gloss on the car's PPF wrap, you could see the vacuum lines on the carpet, no dirt on the all weather floor liners, even the extra set of carpet liners I had in the trunk had the vacuum lines! This place is amazing! Also to note is that they're very meticulous about the products they pick. Their soaps and waxes are all ceramic safe and gentle. It's your standard wash, not a waterless wash. They have an in house water filtration system so you're getting new, soft, and purified water. While you wait, you can look at the cars available for rent and they have quite a few. I can hear their Rolls Royce calling out to me. I wish my car wouldn't roll down its window when opening the driver's side door but it does, and it gets wet again after wiping it dry how many times.

I was really impressed with Royalty Auto Spa. We were in town and my daughter accidentally dropped a cup full of Diet Coke all over the passenger seat. They were able to get me in the same day and the results were incredible. It looks like a brand new car. I am going to treat myself to a detail every time we drive to Vegas. The people were super helpful and personable. It is in a convenient location and the price was great. Thank you!

I started with a full ceramic treatment to the exterior of my brand new car. I had them treat the entire exterior including windows, wheels, and brake calipers. The car reflects like a mirror, and is easier to clean despite being a dark color! They showed me a video of them washing the car after the treatment and water just runs off of it! They did such a good job on the exterior, when they asked if I wanted to do a similar protective coating to all my interior leather surfaces, I had them do that too! I figured I wanted to protect my investment from the Vegas sun and any potential spills. I could not be happier with the job they have done at Royalty Auto Spa and I am very happy with all the services they have provided me. Every time I bring my car in, I feel like they enjoy working on it. I will continue to use them and look forward to trying their mobile services in the near future.

While on vacation in Las Vegas we brought my truck for Wash N Go. The waiting room was comfortable. We got to look at all the nice cars on display. We got a t-shirt and very happy with it. While we waited we walked to Tommy Rockers Restaurant Bar and we enjoyed ourselves. Overall great car wash experience, happy with great job and very friendly staff!!
