Came out with scratches on both rear wheels. Showed it to them and a report was made. They “investigated” and said it wasn’t their fault. Won’t go there again!

Huge fan of the Strongsville location, pretty disappointed overall with the experience I just had at this one though. Couldn’t take advantage of the free wash week they had on their opening due to the weather, but did purchase a gift card recently. They shouldn’t push for gift cards to be sold if they can’t be used on memberships. Also, if you have no one in the members line and over a dozen cars waiting to pay in the left line, you should be filtering people through the right lane! Also, had no idea that their basic wash wouldn’t even spray water under my car - I guess that’s on me, but the kid could have at least said something.

They used to have workers spray the back of the car to get under the spoiler lip before they were changed to Clean. Car comes out less clean than it used to. They also put bollards up that make it a tight squeeze with more chance of damaging your car on the way in. Their subscription model requires you to have a sticker on your car, which is a no-go for me. More expensive-worse quality.

New Royalton location plays music over the loud speakers at an extremely high volume. They seem to have disregarded the fact that there are apartments right behind the building. Please turn it off. It's ruining people's lives. People work and sleep here. The previous car wash understood this. Thanks.

The washing part of the car wash was good. However, the drying was terrible. The car was dripping wet. My husband had to completely dry it when he got home. We paid $12 for the wash. Not sure if you have to pay more for the car to be dried. Driving a wet car on the salted roads defeats the purpose of getting it washed.

When ownership changed I was excited to see if the dryers for the cars were going to be updated. Tried it today and was disappointed. My car was extremely wet still when leaving. Compared to competition, this is not worth it to me. Friendly staff and looks nice but not a win for me.
