I will definitely be coming back to get more work done on my vehicle there was hiccups along the way but they were really understanding and patient until I was satisfied the owners were really kind making it an enjoyable experience staff was really kind as well easy booking and rescheduling as well, 10/10 I got 20% tint S7 all around and 35% S7 on the windshield tint price was really reasonable and it was beautifully done no complains at all, they make sure you go home happy with the results awesome place 100% recommend if I could rate higher than 5 starts I definitely would

I brought my car in because it needed a tint. This was back in November 2020. I believe it was 20 on the front and 5 in the back and rear. From far away it looks great, but up close, theres some noticeable inconsistencies. I have two problems with the job done. The first problem I have is 3 separate scratches in the back window. They range between 1-2”. I noticed them the morning after I got it done. I don’t use my backseat for anything, so I’m 100% sure it wasn’t caused by me. The second problem I have is a hair that’s around half an inch. It’s located in the rear window, is between the tint and window, and is bent in a “u” shape. I have a fear of the tint bubbling due to the air outline of the hair. The last problem I have is some lint underneath the tint. It’s began to bubble, and I’ve only had it for a few months. At first we thought they were the soap bubbles, but after the soap bubbles cleared, the lint stayed. Again, concerned about bubbling. Their mission on their website says “to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with the work we do for them. If you’re not happy, believe us when we say, we will also not be happy”. This isn’t exactly accurate because after we called addressing the problems, they said we would need to pay for the redo of the tint. A very disappointing answer after a somewhat disappointing job.

These guys are awesome and have amazing customer service! There was a mix up about the hours and when I got there and saw they were closed, I’d called and the service was wonderful. They’d offered to leave home and come to the shop to make it right and when I told them I didn’t want them to do that they offered to come to my work or meet me somewhere. You don’t really see that kind of service much anymore. I have gone to them a couple times in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future!

This is a great family ran business that goes above and beyond for all of their customers as well as guarantees their work. I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. They have done 4 of our cars tinting and one wrap on our vehicles. They are great and worth the wait to get in. If you want cheep quick work that will only last a year this isn’t your place to go. You get what you pay for, cheepest means poor quality. At this place you get a quality job done at a good competitive price. Not only are they the best at what they do but they are extremely active in the community. Always donating products and time to benefit the community. As well as their space for local events plus helping our local car community.

Went with the 20% and had them install a dashcam and wrap some piano gloss for me while at it. Didn’t have them cut and shave the edges from the inside out of precaution and I’m still seriously impressed and stoked about how clean the lines are. Just had Miguel do a couple pieces of paint protection film behind the rear wheels rocker areas on our new Toyota Highlander platinum and he was so meticulous and did such a great job! I used to use superior shield for over 23 years but no more! Dave the original owner of superior shield has retired! Royal tint N dip is my new favorite for paint protection film!! Thanks Miguel for the awesome job!!! New review Jan 2026: Miguel and Eliana and team are the most detailed and precise paint protection film, and window tinting installers in Central Oregon. I have used paint protection film since 2001 when this technology was introduced! We have installed the film on all of our vehicles and toys to keep them looking like new, especially here in Central Oregon with all the gravel on the winter roads that produce lots of paint damage. Royal Tint N Dip just completed my new 2025 ram 5500 cab and chassis paint protection film project! We had them do full front bumper, full hood, full fenders, windshield "A" pillar, above the windshield on the roof, rocker panels, door, cups, door, edge, guards, door sill plates! And the front doors window tinting to match the rear windows. I have used other shops in Bend over the years and this shop is my new "go to" and highly recommend them to others! Miguel and Eliana and their staff definitely go the extra mile regarding excellent customer service and skill as instalers!!!! They just do not do a quick application of paint protection film.
