Good wash but unnecessarily slow most days. You'll get a faster wash on a busy day. On a day where there's only 3-4 cars you will be there for 30 minutes at least. They refuse to work fast.

Don't Go!!! This business charged me $62 for period blood. They put a chunk of period blood on my cars back seat . The photo below is a picture of the chunk of blood they placed in the back seat I know this isn't something that was there before because I detail my car once a week. This would not pass inspection and when I brought it up to the police , nothing was resolved Royal carwash refused to clean the period blood or refund my money . :: Shut them down :: And check your car too, they will be happy to accept a tip but don't actually do the work they just return the vehicle

This is my favorite car wash. A long time ago, they washed cars very cleanly and the interior smelled great. But yesterday, after they serviced my car, it was dirtier than before, and the interior smelled really bad. So disappointing.

Service are so bad bad and bad. I came washed my car, after i got out and they lost my cap at back and asked them to find. All the employee there don’t want to look for it, and told me go home wait for manager to call and never call me. I will never cone back here again

I'm shocked at much this place jas gone done hill...I was just there yesterday! Dropped $160 because I needed the interior cleaned, luckily finished after 2 hours even though there were so many instances where my car was just sitting there with the doors opened as so many had already been done. I was in a rush so after I received my keys I had to go. They threw everything in my trunk...this morning when I came out to dry off the mats I noticed I'm missing a rubber mat from the front and my babies mirror is gone and so is his headrest mount i use for his entertainment when I'm driving....😑 I was not a happy camper...I'm also from out of town visiting...I rely on that mirror to see my toddler when we dry home. I'm also not made out of money...never had stuff stolen from me before.

This was my first time here and will be my last time here I paid to have my wheels shined and my car wasn’t dried off so I paid to basically have water marks all over my car I tried to speak to the lady drying off cars but she spoke NOOO ENGLISH Can I go to Mexico 🇲🇽 and walk around and speak English?? Noo!! I have to speak the native language this place lacks communication and i basically wasted my money you lost a customer

My experience at this car wash is pretty decent. They handle your vehicle with care and clean it very well. They have different packages for different types of car wash starting from basic to extra deluxe that includes fragrance to the inside of the car. While they clean your car, you can sit at their waiting room, enjoy TV or just relax and take a foot massage on their paid massage chairs. If you need to grab some coffee while waiting, they have a free supply of coffee too. An extra star for the clean, Fragrant restrooms that are accessible. So are their entrances and parking. Oh, forgot to mention, you can buy some car accessories here too.

My husband brought my car to get a detail, we paid the extra clean ($60) after getting my car back the seats were not cleaned , the center console was still dirty and sticky. We asked to take it back and finish the cleaning . Got the car returned the extract same way. I honestly do not recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this car wash has received mixed reviews, so I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited on Wednesday at lunchtime, and I wasn’t particularly optimistic based on the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The car wash charges $62 for both inside and outside cleaning, which is a fantastic price considering the thorough job they did. It took them about an hour to clean my full-size SUV. The inside and outside of my car were spotless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable car wash, I highly recommend checking them out. They truly deliver on their promises and provide an outstanding cleaning experience.

I've had my truck detailed here twice and they've always done a great job. The reason for the 3 stars is because I've gone 4 times now and been told they weren't doing detailing at that time for different reasons. They said they were only doing washes. I pass by like 5 other places I can get my truck washed on the way to this place, because I need a detail. I just wish they would either put the days/hours they're able to do details on their website or state that they are by appointment only. I do recommend this place, if/when you can actually get a detail here.

I paid for the detailed package. He said it took about 3 hours , but it was finished less than 2 hours. She can do better job detailed inside my car, it was still need more cleaning on the AC vents. I still tipped her good $ to remind her doing a good job every time, I hoped.

I want to share my experience so it can help improve service. I came in after a road trip and my car had a lot of bugs on the front and windshield, plus the interior needed a good clean. I paid for the $30 wash, but the chemicals used did not remove the bugs properly. I spoke with the manager, who was very understanding and kindly gave me another $30 wash. After the snowstorm, I came back to use that wash, and unfortunately the same issue happened again. The front bumper, headlights, and some areas still had dirt and residue left from the snow. I want to be clear—I’m not trying to be mean. Both times the same employee worked on my car, and while I considered saying something at the moment, I believe everyone deserves a second chance. That said, I do think this young employee needs more training to meet the service standards. I also want to add that I tipped him both times. The manager handled the situation well, but the quality of the wash itself needs improvement, especially for bug removal and post-snow cleaning.
