Don't like giving bad reviews but that one was something else. For $23 it was rubbish, I was chocked to see my car dirty, I had to go talk to the manager.even though he tried to clean it again , nothing changed. I usually pay $17 in another car wash for a better service. Seriously never again.

Meh. I mean for $6.99, what do you expect really. I’ve seen this place a million times but it never was a necessity until today. First impression wasn’t bells and whistles but hey, it’s Garland. The guy who first helped me was nice enough but then I drove around to the actual place where I’m supposed to drive my car into to get cleaned and I’m wondering how old is this place!?!? I feel like I just entered the scary zone of the fun ride at a carnival with its rickety old metal tracks that looks rusted and on its last leg. The kid who stands there and helps you guide your vehicle correctly seriously couldn’t have looked anymore disgusted to be there. No smile. The worst and saddest look I’ve ever seen. It’s 9 am, I mean, the day just started. So I’m totally surprised at how easy my car is gliding through the car wash but no lie, I’m totally afraid. Idk why, maybe because I think a clown is going to jump out at me at any moment. Finally, the car is washed and here comes these giant plastic/metal dryer what looks like giant ice scrapers drying off your car. It comes sooooo close you think it’s going to hit the windshield and I swear I heard it hit the top of the car but I have an older car and it probably fit in with the other dents and scraps that I don’t see on the roof so I’m ganna just let that slide. But the smell of old wet towels and mildew permeated my car and just blew it all to hell. A very nice older gentleman appears out of nowhere and begins to towel off the front end and the windshield and side mirrors. I wish out of the 2 people who literally cleaned a part of the car, I wish they would have cleaned this. Next time, I’ll go just a few more minutes up the road to a place where they have free vacuums and their towels don’t leave white napkin residue behind.

I have the unlimited membership here and it is nice! $45 a month, and they do full service from wash to dry to vacuum.

absolutely no excuse! I stopped coming for a while cause of the crappy jobs they've always done, but I hadn't been here in a long time I was in the area and I'm getting ready to sell my car so I gave them one more shot. they've really done it this time. I showed up before 11am it was empty I thought ok I'll get the most expensive wash and my car should get plenty of attention and care. It was even worse than all the other experiences I ever had. me and my wife came home and had to vacuum and go over spots in the interior that took 2 seconds to clean off and they couldn't even do that. I spent $36.99 and didn't even get the interior shined up. They didn't even bother vacuuming out cup holders or the dash with some loose crayon. they left dirty spots and water stains all over the car and Windows... I was in a hurry for an appointment to sell my car now I'm out here doing it myself anyway. my phone is crappy and these are jus some of the spots I could've probably taken 100 pictures smh.

They've remodeled and now have a maze of gates, sharp turns, and narrow lanes, so you're trapped and have to sit instead of just coming back later. You can't even cancel your subscriptions without having all your car licenses with you. The manager said he couldn't give me a phone number to call to cancel. I wonder what happens when you sell one of your cars. Anyway, it's now a pretty ho hum experience and I'm moving on.

It's OK. Older system and not sure that it cleans as well as the newer washes. They do have someone at the end to dry the car, though they were not excited to be working there. With all the competition with newer machines they do not stand out.

Use to be really good. These days they don't get your car very clean. The last 3 times I've been here the roller brush that is suppose to clean your hood and roof, doesn't come down, it just spins in the air and never touches the vehicle. I've been told each time they are getting it fixed, but they haven't. I canceled my monthly because my truck never gets as clean as I hope.

For many years I've used this place and loved their work. Its sad that the current staff is completely inept. The so called manager is totally incompetent and not worthy of even being called a manager. I took a vehicle that was in dire need for a proper wash. From the start, they said they would not be able to vacuum the carpet due to small glass fragments that could ruin their machine. I was ok with that, but did want the rest of the services performed. Dash, door panels, seats and exterior needed a complete wipe down. They charged $33 to do what was asked. When the car was "ready" to go, they had only washed the exterior and not touched the interior. I said "well if you wont clean the inside, give me a refund for the work not performed, just charge me for an exterior wash." I was being cool about it at first and had no problem paying just for exterior wash since it was already done. But Can you believe the manager had the audacity to say he did do all services so he won't be able to refund anything. I asked and said what has been done on the inside, he responded that it had been wiped on portions of panels only and could not do anything else without vacuuming first because of possible glass. Clearly thats not what I was told in the beginning. I do know there were glass fragments around carpet and do know car was filthy coming out of a body shop. But just deny service from the beginning completely instead of overcharging and saying job is complete, and saying you did the work when even a blind person would know the car was still dirty inside because it was not touched. Horrible experience I had with them today, and no, they did not give me a refund at all. One star is highly rated for such an incompetent service, definitely deserves 0 to negative stars

The location is clean. The service could be better. The car wash was okay. The novelty of having 2 attendants to dry the car was nice but hardly worth the price. Hopefully this location improves in the future.

Honestly, I only used this car wash because it was conveniently located close to home. However, over the years, I've never been satisfied with the job they do, and now they no longer in include vacuuming and cleaning the interior of the car as part of their packages. Not worth the price! I definitely won't be back.

Customer service is top notch!!! That's the only good thing!!! My car was not cleaned very well inside or outside!! I had to ask her to come over and clean the inside some more. I even asked for the towel to help. My windows and tires were still dirty. Pictures are worth a thousand words. And I got the most expensive clean!!

Received an online coupon, so decided to try them. Noticed two local police cruises ahead of me. The check in was easy and quick. Prewash was very thorough. Wash went well. After wash wipe down was very nice touch. Will probably make them my go to location.
