Horrible system and unprofessional staff. I have a wash plan purchased from the Alliance location, which covers usage at any WhiteWater Express Car Wash locations. I usually use it in Alliance, Golden Triangle, Keller, and Arlington. I visited this location a couple of times as well with no issue. While never having problems using various locations including this one, the gate did not open and the staff informed me that there is an error being displayed. The staff, who ended up having to bring another staff, informed me that there is a 'lifetime ban' on my account with no explanation. If this is a minor glitch on their system, it's understandable, however the behavior of the staff during my visit was very unprofessional.

I have been a member of WhiteWater Express Car Wash for about 10 months. When I first signed up, I was offered a $20 monthly plan, and for the first two to three months I was charged exactly that amount. After that, without any prior notice or explanation, my monthly charge was increased to $23.19. On January 6, I visited this location to cancel my membership. From the beginning, I was told that I could cancel at any time. However, the staff made excuses and delayed the cancellation in a way that allowed them to charge me for another month. That same day, based on the brochure displayed at the cashier desk, I selected the $10 monthly plan without tire shine. The cashier then told me that this plan does not exist. When I asked why it was still being advertised on their brochures and signs, I was told that the manager would contact me the next day. Instead of receiving a call, I discovered that on January 7, before the usual billing date, my account was charged $23.19 again. In previous months, my automatic payment was scheduled for the 9th of each month, but this charge was taken earlier and before my cancellation request was resolved. In my opinion, this behavior is misleading and exploitative. This company does not follow its own policies or the promotional information it advertises. The lack of transparency and accountability is extremely disappointing. This situation upset me greatly, and I plan to seek a refund through legal channels. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They are not honest, they do not respect their commitments, and they cannot be trusted to handle memberships or cancellations fairly.

I really like this car wash. They have great towels to use, clean space, nice employees. They even have compressed air to blow out leaves etc. And of course they have vaccums. The price is worth the amenities and clean I get out of it. I keep coming back because it has everything I could want from a car wash. Even removed the sap from my winshield. They offer glass cleaner and interior cleaner now.

First time here and I decided to get a monthly membership because it’s close to my house. Will was prompt and friendly when setting me up for my membership. Overall I’m happy with the experience. Giving 4 stars because the vacuum area was littered with trash. Not a big deal, but clearly had not been cleaned in a while.

Justin and Kodie were especially nice and helpful — they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service! If I could give this place 0 stars i would, I had a terrible experience here. After going through their wash, my car came out with scratches all over the paint, my brake light was broken off, and the piece that holds the light in place was dented and damaged. I spoke to the manager right away and he filed a report, which at first made me think they would handle it professionally. But when I followed up by phone, I spent over an hour on the line with them, only to be met with complete rudeness and stubbornness. They kept insisting it wasn’t their fault and refused to take any accountability for the damage. Not only did their equipment damage my car, but their customer service made the situation even worse. Instead of showing any responsibility or care, they blamed me for everything and wasted my time arguing. This business does not stand behind its service and clearly does not value its customers. I would never recommend Whitewater to anyone.

Manager Will, along with his team members Q and Jeffery, were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I had purchased a membership at a different location, but when I arrived at theirs for a wash, they informed me that no such membership existed in their system. Even though I was willing to purchase another membership because of how welcoming they were, I couldn’t complete it since I didn’t have my physical card with me. Will truly went above and beyond to make sure I was still taken care of despite the situation. He apologized for the inconvenience and made sure I was able to receive a wash anyway. I genuinely appreciate professional, respectful young men who take pride in great customer service!

Extremely disappointing experience. The car wash equipment malfunctioned and my vehicle was not handled or guided properly, creating an unsafe situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager claimed the issue was my fault, even though I followed all posted instructions. There was no accountability or professional customer service. I would not recommend this place. Stay away from this location.
