I spoke to Richard regarding a paint correction that my vehicle needed. My car paint had too much imperfections due to the hardbrush used by many of the car wash places. I left the vehicle for a full day and when I got it back, I could not believe that it was the same car. My car looked like it was just freshly painted with most of the imperfections gone. The price is very reasonable and the quality of workmanship you get is by far one of the best. money well spent. Richard is very professional, transparent and honest. I’ll definitely come back in a few month for the ceramic coating.

I took my truck to Richard to get a 2 step correction and 5 year coating done on my truck. He did a great job and was very pleased with the work. Communication for me is very important and Richard was able to communicate with me and explain the whole process without a problem. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Richard for any maintenance work needed on my truck.

What can I say about Royal Auto Detailing other than they are absolutely awesome! Richard is an extremely hard working man and does amazing job detailing! This was my first time to use Richard with Royal Auto Detailing. I literally found him just by seeing him driving around town. I was on the hunt for a new detailer and after seeing him several times I took it as a sign that I needed to look him up. LOL! It was a great decision! His prices are absolutely fair. He spent a good amount of time on my truck and it seriously looked as good as it looked when I drove it off the lot 3 years ago. He was polite, friendly, and kept me up to date via text the day of service (letting me know that he was on his way and when he was pulling into my driveway, and when the job was complete). At this time he does not take credit cards but payment can be done electronically through the Zelle app which was perfect for me anyway. I have already recommended him on my personal FB page and will definitely be using him again in the future.

He truly means it when he says customer satisfaction is most important to him! I took my 11 year old Camry in reluctantly after kids and dogs and purchased the highest detail package. When I picked up, I thought it looked good but not great. I mentioned it not really sure what to expect and maybe my expectations were too high. He asked that I bring it back in and I seriously felt like I drove a new car off the lot! No evidence of toddlers or even my dog in the car! Def highly recommend! Extraordinary customer service is tough to find these days in my opinion so thank you so much!!! As a busy mom, this gave me some tranquility!
