Horrible quality wash. Didn't even get the entire left side of my car. The air blower was lacking in power as well

My car still had dry dust on it after a car wash here… really a bad car wash.

No soap on the first wash. The right side tire cleaner never moved it to clean the wheels.

The car wash here is a PDQ ProTouch Tandem. The top wash is priced at a whopping $14. The car wash does a fine job, but it's not worth $14! I would say a fair price for their top wash would be $10. Honestly, I would just go to the H-E-B fuel up the road at 1488 & 242; their wash does just as good of a job, but only costs $9. You literally save $5 by driving 5 minutes!

Whoever was working the kiosk between 2:00pm-2:30pm on 9/20/25, please do better on your customer service. The fact I needed to have the gentlemen behind me vouch what he saw in what I was experiencing and also deciding not to go through the car wash himself due to the fact the machine got stuck in the rim and started shaking the truck was not okay. Not even giving the chance to explain and immediately cutting me off stating “Mhm, Sure. mhm, I just seen you pull out the wash.” Yes ma’am, you seen me pull out the wash with it not complete since I was stuck for nearly 5-8mins, sensors going off and the wash itself having to restart for I was able to just get out of there. If there’s cameras inside the wash then view it. I’m not upset about not having a complete car wash, I can go elsewhere for my convenience but DO NOT cut me off and have snarky comments.
