Updated review - it's inevitable that things won't run smoothly 100% of the time and what matters is how you fix it when they don't. I was disappointed by the cost of the carwash, however the owner reached out very quickly to rectify things. I appreciate the great customer service!

Trash. Absolutely rude management/owners and vaccuumes never work. less than 1 star. The one up the street on academy and Austin bluffs is waaay better for sure. new owners are judgemental as hell. I seriously come to this car wash everyday to spend my money cause it's the closest one to my place and it's quiet. Any of my other cars they don't bother coming up to me. But i go in an older Honda I'm trying to fix up all of a sudden I'm some drug addict and i need to leave. I come in my charger no one looks in my direction. The first time i let it slide when an "owner" came up to me after i finished vacuuming and said alright that's enough you got everything figured out you can go now. Then politely i corrected him. I just left here less then 10 minutes ago because some different "owner" came up to me after i had been there for no more than five minutes cause i was sitting there sending a txt and had just started picking up trash and told me what's up you gonna be done here soon and proceeded to look about my car like anything inside of it has something to do with him at all then said cool so like 30 min cause this is my carwash. Good for you dude you should be fixing your brokendown machines instead of harassing someone u don't know has been coming to this car wash everyday in one out of 4 cars for the last 2 years. No stars definitely will go elsewhere from here on out.

Carwash stole my money... Put a $5 in for tokens, got 2 tokens back and the red light turned on meaning is out of service. Put my two tokens on to I could at least get the prerinse done with this (even tho I already lost $3, I probably should have left right then) but the ticker continued to say "insert $2 to start)... Being that it was Saturday night, I had just gotten gas all over the place and was in a hurry, I swiped my card against my better judgment, was done and had the dial turned to stop at 7:32 (I made sure the time stopped ticking)... Checked my bank account this morning and was charged $20 for a 7 1/2 minute car wash on top of the $5 I lost at the beginning of this!! RIDICULOUS!!!! A carwash that should have cost me $11, cost me $25. I could have taken it to waterworks and had it washed and tried by someone else for less!

I would use this carcwas on an average 1to 3 times a month. It would only cost me between $2 or $2.50 . They put in the card only and the first time I used it was $3.00, today I used it ,washed like always as quick as I could and it was $10. To much for hand wash. I won't use anymore. Might as well go through a drive through car wash and vacuum for free.

I used to go here 2-3 times a week. However, it has gone downhill in the last couple of months. The presoak hasn’t worked for at least a month and the spot free rinse is a complete waste. I went there last week and the soap was totally out. I used the app to pay so, it charged me 3$ for nothing. I understand things happen but this has happened 3 times in the last month. The wash bays are always filthy and there’s trash all over the place. Again, all the issues started around Oct/Nov. It seems like the new management simply doesn’t care if the wash works or if it’s dirty. Not to mention the parking lot has become a place for people living in their cars to park. I called the number listed and talked to Josh. He said he would let the manager know what happened and the manager would call me back. Never happened. Very disappointing.

I bring my car here a couple times a month. It's by far the most affordable way to clean my car and has great pressure for the cleaning. I exchange cash for tokens and it's only $3 for me to wash my car. Vacuums are included for free. Earlier this month the new owner introduced himself to me. He was extremely friendly and was there making sure everything was working and looking clean.
