WOW! Just had my black 2023 Buick Envision coated with SystemX MAX 9H+ Ceramic Nano Coating with lifetime warranty. The car looks like it can be entered in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance show! Matt and crew did an EXCELLENT job...actually...PERFECT JOB. Highly recommend Rocketman Detailing! The picture with the while lines is the reflection of the lights above the vehicle. The vehicle is like a black mirror...stunning.

Lack of attention to detail. I recently had my 2024 Toyota grand Highlander detailed by Rocketman and purchased the Gold service. The car was a filthy mess after my wife drive it down to California with three grandkids and our daughter and son in law. When we picked it up it looked pretty good from the distance we were when we first drive to the lot. I can definitely say the Gold service at $360 was not what is quoted on their advertisement. First, I saw some smudges on the rear quarter panel as I got up close. The young man said it was probably clay bar residue. Could be, but typically when you polish after that process, it shouldn’t be left. He hit a towel and spray bottle and wiped the smudges. Second, as I examined the rear hatch all around the license plate and underneath the rear camera dirt grime that was never wiped. I brought this to hus attention as well and mentioned that close attention to detail was missing. I also noticed swirl marks in the paint that should have been masked off during polishing. On all the doors I noticed that the edges of each still had white wax residue left on. I’m done if the seams white wax residue was missed. I opened several doors and noticed that there were wipe smudges and water spots on the rocker panels. The front right quarter panel and front right bumper had wet wipe smudges left on. That tells they used a wet towel to wipe and not dry ones. My wife got inside and notified ne that the from windshield had wet wipe smudges too and it appears that the side windows weren’t wiped well leaving streaks that are very visible when the sun shines on it. The inside was fine so I am satisfied with that but if this is how they do a Gold service I’m sure silver service is worse. It appears as if they rushed through the service. I paid for a superior service and expected better from them because of their web site advertisement. I was dissatisfied and after I saw these missteps I just wanted to get out of there before my anger got the best of me. Whatever happened to quality service each and every time? I think these guys just do this kind of service at all levels yet up charge you because it’s called ‘Gold’. Not good.

This is the place to get your vehicle detailed. This was my second time using them to take care of my vehicle. The first time I had swirls in my black paint and a few light scratches. They took care of all of them. Absolutely made my paint POP! The second appointment, I had scratches from my cat. Bam! Took care of them as well. They finished the service with a hybrid wax/sealant and again, it looks flawless. The prices are very reasonable and I can tell that all of the young gentleman are hard workers and take pride in the things they do. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer because of that.

Excellent work! We purchased our 2011 Miata a year ago. It was in great shape but in 14 years it accumulated some swirl scratches, door dings just about every sort of small blemish you could imagine. Michael did a 1 and 2 step in select places, paint correction, head light restoration and 5 yr ceramic coating. They even upgraded our service. The car looks amazing, ready for spring and summer fun. I will bring all our cars here in the future.

Finally! Rocketman does it right. Nice young guys too. I’d been looking for a detailer that will use the wax product I provide. These guys are very easy to work with and run a real business. They have a nice shop and can detail in the winter too! I made an appointment and took my truck and my wife’s SUV in for a good cleaning and wax. Very pleased! They both look terrific. These guys will be my go to for quality detailing!
