As a professional driver, I go to Rocket Car Wash daily! The staff are professional , knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I know most of them by name! Once we were having problems with our vehicle getting in. They were patient and expertly directed us and helped us to prevent any problems.

I went here today and got their cheapest car wash - $8. I was very pleased with how clean my car came out. I used the free vacuums - they have the best suction of any place I’ve ever been. I appreciated the free towels which they wash and reuse, as well as the mat clips for vacuuming. I was informed by a friendly employee that they also have a mat cleaning room (also free) but I didn’t use it today so I don’t have any info about that. They have a nice clean restroom for customers (located by the car wash entrance, accessible by an outside door), which was great since I had my three year old with me. They offer a membership for either $20 or $35/month for unlimited washes at both South Jordan and Midvale locations. I didn’t sign up today but I will on my next visit.

I had a membership with Rocket Express for years. We wash our personal vehicles and our fleet vehicles there. We found out we could combine the accounts and save money. I drove our cars all down, got them all moved to one account. It was charged correctly until a week later when all the monthly fees came through separately. So we paid twice. I printed the receipts, drove down and expressed my concern. I was told by the manager there was nothing she could do. I would have to call corporate. I called corporate. I canceled my membership and the refused to refund me the money. I disputed it with my credit and they said they contacted the vendor and they had no record of a cancellation. I hope the money was worth years of business. I know it would have been a simple transaction to refund me the second charge that I was rightfully owed. DO NOT USE ROCKET EXPRESS!!!!

Awesome car wash. Several price points. They have towels and mat washers. High pressure vacuums, plus smaller high pressure air compressors. Plenty of room, makes cleaning your car efficient and highly satisfying 😌

Really cannot recommend this car wash enough. My mom has raved for years and I finally stopped in to see what all the fuss was about and was not disappointed. Chris helped me get set up for an unlimited membership and was very helpful in explaining things easily and answering all of my questions. Really pleased with the experience thus far!

Chris was extremely helpful. After a long 12 hours drive from CA our vehicle was littered with dead bugs, dirty and more. He helped us find the right wash to clean it all off. It’s was spotless and there are free vacuums.Thanks Chris!

Zero stars their wash damaged my vehicle and ripped off my bumper the employees were nice but their corporate office has refused to contact me after I filed a claim. I have tried calling 5 times over the past few days and emailed them 3 times over their various platforms. For anyone out there who may read this, the link that the owner sent me in response is a phone number that is always down and is not able to be contacted. I have called it and I have accessed it multiple times and there is never once been a response. I am going to do my best to get into further contact with rocket car Wash.

Since moving to Utah in 2019, we’ve purchased an annual car wash pass every year and had been very satisfied with the service—until now. Before leaving the country for 18 months, we spoke with the manager about the four unused months left on our pass. After selling both cars, he assured us we’d receive a credit when we returned. Upon our return, the new manager acknowledged the previous manager’s promise (even reading it from the old system) but refused to honor it, citing a new computer system. We were loyal customers for years, washing our cars weekly and renewing our passes annually. Their refusal to honor a documented commitment cost them a long-term customer. If I had known they wouldn’t follow through, I would’ve let the new car owners use the remaining washes. I won’t be returning—and they’ll lose our business every year moving forward. By the way, we went down the street to Sparkle Express and are much happier with their customer service!

*Do Not Go Here* We've been monthly members here for several years. Our car is only a few years old. Recently, it seems something has changed in their car wash. Our side mirrors have come off twice now recently. The first time, we were told someone from their office would contact us to fix it. We never heard from them and fixed it ourselves. We continued going here, as this wasn't happening over the past few years. Maybe it was a fluke? Now it happened again! Their management just says, all they can do is submit a claim on our insurance. I don't want a claim on my insurance, so my wife declined giving our insurance information. The Manager then says, someone from corporate will reach out to see if we can cover the damage. We heard from corporate today and all they said was its declined, because we have signs that say damage may occur. I understand they have signs that say your car may be damaged in their car wash. I just believe this is very Poor customer service. After years of paying for a monthly membership, our car gets damaged twice and all you say is, well we have signs. We are now cancelling our membership with Rocket Express. After years of paying $40 a month, they lost us for not caring to pay for a $23 mirror replacement. I hope it was worth it for them. I strongly recommend not going here.

Rarely clean towels. Garbages overflowing. Vacuums not working or broken attachments. Tire shine is either the consistency of greasy mud, or nothing comes out. This has been the last few times using this car wash.

This carwash ripped and tore my bumper up, after a lot of time spent trying to get a claim for them to fix it they denied the request. They have clear camera footage of it going into the carwash unharmed and coming out without the pieces and the bumper scratched up. Unfortunately because of the damages and their unwillingness to take ownership my insurance company is going after them to replace my $8,000 bumper.

We really like this car wash. Entry is easy. Isn’t to busy during the week. Very good customer service. Washes the car good. Provides towels. Like the air hose to blow the dash off And get water out of those little crevices. The only downfall about the car wash for us is The tire shine at the end of the tunnel, absolutely saturates your tires and rims. I hate it. I have to wash my tires and rims off again because if I start driving it sprays all over my car right after I clean it.

Not great, not terrible. I'm happy to pay $20 for a car wash if it works. We had bug guts still stuck all over the front and the mirrors, the back window and bumper was still really dirty, and there were no rags/towels to help finish drying or wipe down anything inside. Utah needs some good car washes, this is being added to the long list of "won't be back" for us.

Review – Rocket Express Car Wash Today I visited Rocket Express Car Wash, and unfortunately I was very disappointed — not so much with the wash itself, but with the customer service. I paid for the $10 basic wash for my black Jeep. After going through the wash, the vehicle still had many dirty spots, which I understand can happen due to a machine error. I went back to the front window and politely explained the issue, asking if it would be possible to run the car through the wash again. The employee who assisted me — a woman who appeared to be of Tongan or Samoan background — was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She didn’t even take the time to look at what I was explaining and simply told me to leave. I mentioned that I regularly leave reviews and rarely post negative ones, but this experience deserved to be shared. I respectfully asked to speak with a manager, and her response was: “I am the manager, and I don’t care about your opinion.” That response shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. My frustration is not with the machine — mistakes happen — but with how I was treated as a customer. I hope the owner or upper management addresses this situation, because this kind of attitude seriously hurts the business’s reputation. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I want to start off with saying that I use to have a membership at this place, and then started traveling and ended my membership not because they did anything bad. I went today to clean my car and my car was pretty dirty but not everyone can pay 20$ for a car wash each time so I understand that’s why there’s a membership I went through the car wash and the sides of my car looked amazing and clean, but the front of my car was still very dirty and had dirt and water marks. I sat there and scrubbed my car for a sec then started getting frustrated because, why am I cleaning my car when I just paid 15$ which isn’t the cheapest wash they have? So I went up to one of the employees and explained this to him already pretty frustrated I’m not usually one to complain because I understand you get what you pay for but quick quack wash does a better job for 15$. And the employee asked his manager and the manager said they wouldn’t let me go through again because of how much I paid “as if I paid to little for them to car about the car coming out dirty”. So I continued to clean my car but definitely frustrated. They definitely lost my business, which is sad because truly I love that they have free vacuums and other stuff. But oh well they obviously don’t care about the customers and quick quack does a way better job and I don’t have to leave frustrated and scrubbing the outside of my car to clean the debris after having a car wash. Also after cleaning my car realized the girl next to me had the same issue where her car was dirty still as well after the wash 😖 the pics of the red car was mine after I scrubbed it the best I could and the white car next to me was the girl who also got a wash 😖 don’t come here they don’t care about there customers unless you pay more money. Unless you don’t mind that 🤷🏻♀️ (the photos make me look dramatic but I swear I’m not I scrubbed my car and the reflection make it hard to see the debris still left on my car before I scrubbed)

Took my car through Rocket Express Car Wash and it was the worst decision ever. They scratched my side mirror, didn’t even clean the windshield (still covered in dust), and somehow managed to damage my car on the side. Paid money just to walk out frustrated with more problems than before. ⚠️ Do not trust them with your vehicle. Poor quality wash, careless handling, and zero attention to detail. Reply: I tried to file claim and inform manager too, who found my passenger side footstep from car cleaning place but they didn’t bother to note anything or take action.
