I have taken my dogs here a number of times and it sure does beat paying the groomer $100 or trying to wash at your house! Knowing that they will have dogs there, the bays are nice a tall, and the sprayer does a fair job rinsing and getting the dirt out. Make sure you bring some of the shampoo/cleaner that you prefer so that you can get the dog clean, as they did not have the option for any soap, and the setting on the spray was not working. Overall a good experience, and they also have a couple car bays, or drive through to get your car cleaned. The vacuums work well, and no complaints there.

Just got stuck inside the auto wash for 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to call someone from Proformance Place next door to come get me out. Had to pay for a second wash so I could back out. The exit door is broken. And will not open. Zero stars if possible. I'm lucky that I was able to get out. But if an elder person got stuck, they wouldn't be able to get out. Also, there is no current updated phone number to call for assistance from current owners. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE AUTO WASH.

Horrible car wash, owned by the same low quality owners of Daybreak Auto Spa. The water temperature is tepid, pressure is sub-standard, does not suds up, spot free rinse barely comes out, and all their overhead fittings LEAK on to your just washed car. You see all these car washes have the exact same equipment, what makes them different, one better than the other? Management. Some owners go cheap on everything like buying detergents, turning the water heater up, pressure up (you see that uses more water!), and buying O-rings for their plumbing. This is an owner/manager that refuses to deliver VALUE to his customers. As such he gets a 1 star...I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The vacuums never work, never! I've washed my vehicles because they are close. I'm done with that. To cheap to maintain the place they lost my business.

Always wash my dog here but now the name has changed. One of the tubs don't work, the working one has no hot water. All the vending machines are out of order. The phone number to call for help has been taken off all the stickers and machines. Was charged 8$ to wash my dog and didn't even use it cuz the water was freezing cold.

Owners do not take care of this car wash. No soap for the past two years, water doesn't come out with high pressure. Basically everything you could think that could go wrong, goes wrong. Better off using a water bottle to clean your car.

Tried the pet wash for a quick clean up of my dog. Water was warm for a couple minutes then turned ice cold. Dryer didn't work at all.

We dumped $16 into the automatic car wash and it didn’t even turn on. Self wash foam has always been out. The change and accessories machines have always been out. It’s a rathole over here

Don’t go here. Use to come here a lot but it’s now run down and poorly managed. Out of or shiny foam not working, out of tire cleaner. The machine for cards is hard to get it to accept and doesn’t allow touch. Machine to get coins never works. Just go somewhere else. This person either needs to sell to another person to make it better or sell all together.

Who’s running this place?! Not all the car wash options worked but after washing my car I went and paid for the vacuums (it just started to get dark outside so I didn’t notice) the vacuum head was broken off of the rest of the hose, and almost all of them are like that! Well I paid for it so I tried to hold the vacuum head close to the hose and it sucked. Also it says the vacuum has an air freshener but of course that was broken too. I wouldn’t even bring my car back if it was free to use.

We went tonight 8/20 and despite all the bad reviews We decided to try it. We used the touch less car wash, & did the $8 one. The pressure was amazing & the soap and waxed (tri foam) used was amazing! I was honestly waiting the entire time for something bad to happen.. but when the wash was finished We had enough time for the dryers. I believe it was a minute. The entire car was dry and there weren’t hard water spots on the car, that I was anticipating, either. I feel like the bad reviews for the touch less had to of been a situation where the car was super dirty & they bought a $5 wash and got upset that it didn’t turn out to be a $8 wash. This is my first time coming to this car wash and we were really surprised! Also the vacuums are amazing! I was able to vacuum my entire car, and it picked up the husky hair in my car! Which that alone deserves 5 stars! Let alone free 8 minutes! We used the vacuums second from the far right facing red wood (in front of the car wash) We also looked at the dog wash station and they look really well kept! I think it’s cool it has a dryer feature. I know a lot of the reviews say to stay away.. but I wouldn’t leave this long of a review going into this much detail if I didn’t believe it was an amazing spot. All I’m going to say is we will def be back! For $8 for a top notch wash in touch less, & to get 8 min for free just for using the car wash is a good deal. I attached a picture of my car, I took it when we got home bc the lighting is better.

Used the self serve dog wash. (So you don't have to) My biggest main concern is that the ramp on one of the two tubs they have was not connected and secured in place to the tub at all. It was placed up against the tub like it was secured, but it was missing the necessary hardware that should be there to keep it in place. We nearly had a bad accident when my 120 lb dog was going up the ramp and it started coming off and falling to the ground with her on it. Thankfully I noticed and I grabbed my dog before she fell, but it is super dangerous and MUST be fixed! Next the water didn't heat up for several minutes. Next the soap didn't work. Next the conditioner didn't work. And last it shut off before we were even done.

Not worth taking your dogs here. They do not have soap, conditioner, the water is cold most of times. Tried it for the first time yesterday 1/5/26. Not coming back

Don’t waste your time or money. This carwash used to be my fave but has gone downhill. The brushless bay is rarely in operation and the vacuum’s don’t work. They’ll take your money/coins and make a sound, but that’s about it. I will not be back.

They have 2 stations for your pets. The card reader takes a min but most car wash station have a hard time when I go to them. It is a bit easier to do in the dog wash station then in the tub at your house. I feel it could have more water pressure. Was nice to have a dryer. Instead of ding it all wit the towels.

Don't waste your money on the dog wash!!! Everything's broken no soap, the ramp is broken to get your dog up, no leash. $8 for it to drizzle out cold water save your money and go somewhere else
