We have used they for a few years now with unlimited washes. They have so screwed up billing that I'm beyond done. I have given them 3 chances to fix still the same problem. Only communication is via email. I'm out!

Paid for the $20 wash and it was HORRIBLE!! There is still dirt every where .All of my windows are still dirty around the edges there is dirty water sprayed all down both sides. It was honestly the worst car wash I have ever been to. What a waste of money. I won't be recommending.this place to anyone.

Great wash, and super cheap when you have the monthly pass. 4 stars because this locations vacuums are always dirty. I just cleaned out my car and it got dirt all over my leather seats and hands. It kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning your interior if you have to go home and clean it again. Otherwise it's great!

Everyone working there is super nice. The car wash is amazing, but what sets it apart from the competition is the vacuums. They just replaced them about 5 months ago, and they are very powerful!

This place never gets our SUV very clean. Got their most expensive car wash today, including tire shine, and these pictures speak for themselves. Can't wash away simple dust. Can't get bugs off front. Can't get tires clean, much less get them shiny. Three of four vacuums we tried had very low sucking power. Don't waste your money on Mister Car Wash.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ruined my new car, completely scratched it. I've been through many car washes many times, and this time I came out and saw to my horror a million scratches on my car. I immediately told the manager on duty, she said she'd get back to me within 48 hours. Nothing. Stopped by again and she said sorry, I'll get back to you by 3pm. Nothing. So now on top of receiving the worst car wash, I am also being ghosted. Extremely disappointed!

I haven't been here before and typically go to competitors car washes. With some recent dirty rain that came through, I decided to try here since it's closer to me. I just washed my car and it is still so dirty. It just looks like dirty, wet drops all over my car, not much better from before. Between that and the fact that they don't have towels for clients to try to clean, I don't think I will be coming back. Unfortunately, a waste of money for me here. ( I will try to upload pictures but it is not giving me the option at this time)

The wash quality is SUPER overpriced! There are WAY better washes close by that offer SO much more, like towels and spray to clean your interior that Mister Carwash DOESN’T provide. On top of that almost all their vacuum are CRAP!! They have little to no sucking power and more than half of them have been ripped off and never replaced. I also forgot to mention the smell of garbage all over. I don’t know the last time they took their garbages out, smelt like a landfill!! 🤢Safe to say you could pay for the base wash at any other car wash and get more for your money than the highest premium wash Mister Carwash offers. Save your time, money and business and take it elsewhere!!

i love how quick and easy the experience is. i have the monthly pass for both my cars and i love that i can go once a week, multiple times a week, or once a month and its ALWAYS worth the cost. self serve vacuums for the inside of the car are 10/10 and even my pitbull likes going through the car wash with me 🥰😂

I feel like it's good value for the price. Even if you go to a, "do it yourself" car wash, the lowest price is around $7. If you wash your car here twice a month on basic, it's the same price as one month unlimited. I have noticed a basic business practice that is both consistent and rare to see. It seems no matter where I go, the employees are friendly and almost always smiling.
