Takes away $15 from my account when It says it’s only $2. I suggest going with quarters

By far, the shortest allotted time out of any self wash in the Salt Lake Valley.

I real disappointment. The touchless car wash doesn’t work very well. And the vacuum suction is poor.

I go here since it opened, they always keep the products and soaps stocked and the sprayers work great . Might be a little more than there competition but worth it and seem to be consistent! Thank you to whoever runs this location.

Honestly one of the best car washes in the area, location is great and the pet wash is perfect for those big dogs that are a pain to clean. Randy the owner is always around doing maintenance and is a funny guy!

Just broke up with The Big Duck. It was hard. But, we live close, and this has touchless wash. The Duck Wash was putting micro abrasions in our new car’s paint. Nothing against Big Quack. Thunder Wash is great.

I tried 2 different wash bays and one would not read card or respond to tap pay, the other kept authorizing and stopping the wash. Thought it was an anomaly the first time and washed my vehicle somewhere else. The second time it happened I am giving up on this DIY wash.

Ugh! This was the worst experience. I thought I’d try to save a buck by going to a self care wash and ended up paying over $20 for one wash. I started by putting in change over and over, at least $5 and it was not registering it, so I used my card for only about 2 minutes and I just looked at my statement and it charged me $15. I’ll definitely be getting a monthly $20 unlimited auto wash somewhere else.

The car wash itself was fine but, seriously!!! They charged me $15.00 for 3 minutes and 9 seconds. The machine says deposit $2.00 to start. Not that you will be dinged $15.00 to spray your own car off yourself. That's a joke!

I love this Carwash. I went yesterday and one of the bays was out of order after I already paid. I called today thinking that there would be no way that I would get reimbursed. Randy was so kind and nice, and told me he was grateful that I called. The card I used was reimbursed the money I paid for the first wash.I never thought it would be that easy. My Car looks amazing!

Fantastic car wash!! The soaps are top of line, the touchless and soft touch both clean my car exceptionally well. The brushes also get sprayed off in the soft touch before each new car so that your car won’t get scratched. The self wash bays are also great. Randy, the owner, is so kind and really works hard to keep his business clean and in good shape. They also have free vacuums with a car wash purchase!

This car wash is SO much better now that it's under new ownership. Every time I've gone the credit card readers have worked great, and the equipment works like a dream. Kind of unfair that they received a 1 star review from somebody who didn't understand how credit card authorizations work. They authorize $15, but that's normal. Gas stations do it, and so does every other car wash. Anyway, I'm glad someone came in and fixed this place!

I never like leaving bad reviews but that dog wash was TERRIBLE. I spent $12 to be trapped in a hot box with my dog. The water pressure was so bad, I couldn’t even wash my dogs hair off my hand, let alone clean him off at all. I’m literally having to take him somewhere else to actually wash him

Good experience using the touch free car wash. Blowers could be stronger and one of the vacuums was broken but it happens. The pet wash needs clear pricing as there wasn't a single price anywhere, otherwise we would've used it. But it definitely looked clean and well maintained, id trust it.

I live in the neighborhood and have been looking forward to this carwash being updated. It’s been so nice since the remodel!!! I use the self wash bay sometimes and the automatic ones when I’m lazy. They now have regular auto wash AND auto touch less wash available which is great! I love coming here and today i got to meet the owner Randy. Super friendly and you can tell he takes pride in his work so this place will be kept tip top shape. Oh and if you have a doggo they have a dog washing bay too. Highly recommend!

I came for the dog wash. It said $12 for 12 mins but charged my card $15. Okay fine. Here’s my issues: 1. Extremely low water pressure for the shampoo, like it sprays a bit, which would be good for a small dog <35 lbs. 2. Even the rinse cycle that has a little higher water pressure - was not great. 3. I would’ve loved to spray it down when I was done & disinfect it but with crappy water pressure it was HARD to get my 70lb dog wet + shampooed + dried in 12 minutes! If they turned the water pressure up & changed the settings to allow rinse + disinfect for free-outside the charged time, I would use again. There’s a dog wash on state that charges $20 for unlimited time, has great water pressure & a free blow dryer that I will use in the future.

Just took two of my large dogs here for the dog wash. The area was nice and clean and I like that there are two washing stations in case someone else is already there. They are indivual spaces so you dont have to worry about your dogs interacting with other dogs. It was sooo easy. It's $12 for 12 minutes. I just used my debit card but I noticed they do take cash as well but only $5, $10s and $20's and give no change back. So just a heads up on that. The water stayed a very nice and warm temperature the whole time. There is a vacuum and a dryer as well. The dryer will blow colder air obviously so it depends on if your dog is sensitive to that or not, or if the weather is nice you can just take your dogs around for a walk to dry them off. There is oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick, and deodorizer. But make sure to bring your own towels if needed(: Overall I'm super happy that this was added and so close to me too!

Went through the automatic touch free wash, as I have a large truck and the clearance was highest on that automatic. While in the parking lot I measured the highest point on my truck - 7’4”. The clearance on the wash says 7’8”. When the bar turned around at the back of the truck I heard it contact my bed cap - so definitely not as much clearance as advertised… Truck wasn’t very dirty to begin with, a little mud spatter from driving in a construction zone or something, and some dirty rain spots from recent storms. The most basic wash is $10 which didn’t include drying - unbelievable. My truck looked just as bad as when I went in. It either didn’t get “spot free” rinse water, or worse, it literally just didn’t clean the truck. Either way, I’ll find a different place to wash from now on. I was really excited to find somewhere that my tall truck fit, but really disappointed with the result. Also, took the dogs a couple months for a good bath, and they smelled like recycled wash water for about 2 weeks. Wouldn’t recommend.
