This place is so slow they send you messages saying your prescription is ready but when you get there it’s not? Not to mention the time you just have to wait for them to even acknowledge you at the desk worst rite aid pharmacy I’ve ever been to up here

My aunt Dr. Put her pain medicine in and that is stronger than the one she was taking before and the pharmacist had the nerve to tell her she had to wait until her last medication was use up or she would have to bring back the unused pain medication before she would fill the new prescription so I would advise not to go to to the rite aid on Mojave Drive In Victorville, Ca

Horribly slow in the pharmacy department. Takes them 20 min per customer just to find the prescription. Walked in there were 3 people in line ahead of me and took me almost 45 min to make it to the register smh and rite aids are usually WAY faster than this!

Prescription for mom was supposed to be ready at 09:00. Came in at 12. Not ready. Had to wait 15 min. they only gave me 1 out of 3. Came in again to wait more time for the rest of the prescription. They procrastinate too much

There wasn't a variety of self care products on the shelves. I guess they just experienced people stealing from the store. What is this world coming to where people are risking jail time for stealing body wash?

Worst Rite Aid I've ever been to. If you need anything from the refrigerator section good luck! Beer? Nope, always out. Milk? Good luck with that! Energy drinks, juice or creamers? Almost always completely empty. And don't get me started on the ice cream. So, if you finally find something to purchase you then have deal with the ridiculous checkers. There will be like 4 or 5 of them at the front with one checking and the others just gossiping and talking like the customers are not there. And don't get me started on the pharmacy. Good Lord have mercy on my soul! Takes like 20 minutes per customer. I sat in my car for over an hour at the drive thru.

I usually love Rite aid stores, but this store in my experience of coupon shopping has been the worst ever (I made 2 visits in a 12 mo period) and they're still the same. I usually go into a Rite aid store to coupon shop about once a week and I have never felt this awful after leaving a store. The cashier was very condescending, telling me how my purchases could not be done, quoting a coupon policy, not even the manager was able to pull up on their own web page, but since she said it in a nice tone of voice she was able to excuse herself as not being the bad guy, to her manager which of course tried to make excuses for her too. . ***IF YOU USE COUPONS DON'T GO TO THIS STORE*** The manager said would coach his employees to do better.... We'll see.

This pharmacy is in my area. But sadly the service there is really bad. The pharmacist are extremely rude. Seem always mad. Also if you ask for the head pharmacist & discuss a complaint good luck they will tell you to bad of you don't like what they say or do go find another pharmacy. Wait times are always long. If you get notifications on prescription ready at times you go & they didn't fill it.

I was in this store the other day: I found it bright and clean. Usually I don't ever get an ice cream cone at these places because there's no one to help you or the line is too long. They served me right away. Also they have many sales items, great snack, and gifts.

Pharmacy customer service is no good. Example, today I dropped off 3 prescriptions and was told they will be ready in 2 hours. I gave them 4 1/2... Guess what still not ready! Oh it'll take 10 more minutes. 25 minutes later, I request my prescription back and what do you know..? My prescription is ready. But only 2 out of 3. The third one wasn't noticed when filling my other 2!! OH MY GOODNESS! This is just one of my few experiences I've had at this Rite Aid.

The customer service was such a disappointment. Why work with people if you’re going to be rude. The cashier was rushing us and there was no customers behind us. They had the wrong information and didn’t let me change it. Overall the experience was the worst I have ever experienced.

Once upon a time, this pharmacy was quick. Although the staff is never really personable, they used to be efficient. 3x I know I have received and dropped off prescriptions to have them say they do not have my medication. They do not have my prescription and best yet they don't have my name in the system.

Used to be an excellent service at the Farmacy, now there’s two people in “customer service” who show they do not like their job Angélica and Selena Angelica so rude and is just like a robot asking for insurance cards not even a “Thank you” the other by the drive through putting the medication bag at very back where you not even can Rich it…. I wait for minutes never came and ask if i needed something and she wants aswering the phone I was looking at her. I decide to make a call and she answer, I told her I couldn’t reach the medicine bag and she off curse with actitud push it forward 😣. I think they are in a service area they must know what that means besides a lot of times we are dealing with a family member who is sick or even us and we have to pick up our prescription. We are frustrated for so many reasons a lot of times it’s emergency….. I’m not saying they do not have problems But That’s their job.

Local store for me. I visit multiple times each week. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its nice to carry on a short conversation with each employee during my visits (short conversations because the staff stays busy working and they stay nice and friendly while talking and working) and to be recognized being a regular customer. Its very nice to not have to wait in long lines here. If there are 2 or 3 people in line to purchase, the presented cashier will call another cashier to ring up people right away. The store is always clean and presentable. Kudos to Chuck the store manager for running such a reputable store and kudos to his assistant managers and employees as well. Every visit is always a nice experience. The pharmacy at this location is ran very well also. I go to the pharmacy counter once a month to pick up my Wife's medication. The wait time is extremely minimal and the staff working the pharmacy are very knowledgeable. Thank you to everybody at this store who makes my shopping experience there great, during every trip. I hope this message will reach the Rite Aid corporate office as well because this store, its management and employees deserve to be recognized for their great professional efforts they bring on a consistent daily basis.

These people are monster and should not be involved in health! they dont do their jobs, if you have refills you need and its the weekend, well i hope you dont need the meds to live because this pharmacy does not care. they do not answer the phone, they dont tell you when you have a script ready for re fill, the app is terrible! I have had a very hard time staying healthy because of the poor service here. Rite aid's managers reply to my comment above, they told me to contact customer service with a phone number which I had already called, this phone number does not accept messages or calls on weekends and instructs you to call back during normal business hours without telling you the hours. I don't think I am asking for a lot, just for the pharmacist to fill my prescription that my doctor sent over, and that they have been sending over for the last 2 years every month regularly. I need to take my medicine everyday to stay healthy, when I go one day without my doses it is rough. But imagine missing six doses. And I assume it'll be 8 before I can get my doctor to move the prescription to a different pharmacy because at this point I feel this is the only way I will get my medicine.

They recently remodeled and are under new management. The Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is way over priced here.
