If I could put no stars I would! Went to pump gas 40$ payed inside . Stall 11 to be exact and at around 11:00 pm . I pumped gas but when I turned on my truck it was at the same level of gas and same miles to empty! Went inside to speak to the lady who didn’t even care and told me to go speak to Steven who was no help! He said the ticket showed it pumped gas and he couldn’t do anything about it. We asked if he can check the pump to see if it was pumping gas out and he said no. So how many more people have they stolen from because this is steeling. I payed for gas and received nothing! Will be calling corporate but I’m sure there gunna be no help as well. Save yourself the struggle.

Staff is unqualified. Asked them for restroom, in minute I ask they pool out mopping bucket in both restrooms and said that cleaning will take 3h. I went there just because my child wanted to use restroom.

Every garbage can is overflowing. Every soap dispenser is empty. Every toilet paper and paper towel dispenser is empty. The store front is a filthy mess. Do not stop there!!!

What a mess, fountain drinks spilling everywhere, manager on-site needs a new JOB.... 3/4 of slushee machines dont work, floors always sticky, prices always different at register. 411/25 6:40 pm

I went for a slurpee they have 2 slurpee machines 1 was down and of course it was the one that had my favorite flavors. There was a drunk man standing out in front of the store his friend was trying to stop him from going back in the store. And they seemed to be short handed at the registers this day.

The pay at the pump wasn't working, so I went inside. The clerk told me to use the machine that was ready for me. The machine instructed me to put my card in, then it changed me $24.95. I said "I haven't even put my pump number in yet " the clerk said "you just paid for someone else's gas, and there is nothing I can do about it " As i was leaving the store he made sure I knew it was my fault, and that I should pay closer attention.

The customer service girl was gettho very rude and didn’t want to open the bathroom to me . They also offer me to fight what a shame we are artists and we work for the music industry we are decent people. What a bad experience. 9:50 pm tonight check your schedules

I am so impressed with this gas station! They put a lot of money into it and it shows. This gas station one of the beautiful best gas stations in Victorville. They're upgrading the area with thier good looks, state of the art equipment and super low gas prices. They have an amazing selection of food and beverages!

Seems to have the lowest gas prices in the area. You have to get a code to use the restroom however.

Location Mojave and 15fwy, we were purchasing inside and my husband wanted to use the restroom but Raymond (cashier) absolutely didn’t wanted to share the restroom code alegating they were close for safety?? I understand not to share it with homeless but with customers?? And actually is the same during the day…. This is not right!!

I cant even buy anything here not even gas, its been many times early in the morning i walk in the cashier is yelling no cash only debit or credit. Its been more than 3 times i have walk back out because they dont accept cash

Homelessness is out of control. My teenage daughter went in to get a fountain drink, and a homeless man standing right next to it stared her up and down. This place has gone downhill fast. Corporate needs to step in and clean this place up.

Absolutely unbelievable. I walked into this gas station with my two kids and politely asked the woman at the counter to open the restroom. Her response? She looked me dead in the face and said she would first finish serving the entire endless self-checkout line, and only then let my children use the bathroom. So apparently here, a mile-long line of adults buying chips has higher priority than two kids who just need to pee. If this is how you treat families, you shouldn’t be working with the public at all. Disgraceful attitude, zero basic humanity, and customer service that’s an absolute joke. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being talked to like you’re inconveniencing someone by simply existing.

Arrived at this gas station because my wife whom is pregnant needed to use the restroom and the lady working night shift did not allow her to use the restroom because they were just cleaned stated it was closed. That is so unprofessional and uncalled for that lady needs to learn to be more sympathetic. She needs to learn that’s not okay

AVOID - Rude staff. Pumped $80 in gas in a suit and tie and they won’t even let me use the rest room because it’s after 9pm and it’s a bad area. Yet they can be open and selling drinks and snacks inside. No problem. Got very aggressive when I just explained I’ve been driving for several hours and Paid $80 in gas. I won’t be buying and snack here or spending any more money…. Even the security guard looked at the staff on duty, and was like you Seriously, can’t just let him in? I mean God, you guys have a security guard. What the heck am I gonna do.
