Vehicle ready as promised. Reasonably priced. I get regular oil change but had developed a leak. Everything shiny clean & I'm confident fixed properly. Also I can have smog. If i want car wash. One stop shopping. Nice waiting room w/public restroom.

Great experience, Ray you're a great worker I really appreciate your kindness, Thank you 😊 You'll get very far with that attitude. However I realized that this place was stealing my oil and oil filters, and never changing my oil. My oil was low and very dirty. I would purchase mine own oil just for them to rob me of my money and oils. I will be reporting this place to the BBB

Good service when the old owner was here. The young guys are a little inexperienced. My car needed 3 qts of oil after 2 months when I brought it to them. They’re not open at 8am I showed up at 830 and no one was there. They’re ok if you need a quick oil service on your car.

Often we overlook the family owned businesses. Believing the larger Corporate stores will provide better and less expensive service/products. Not so true. Victor Valley oil provided excellent service and value that I now am an advocate for this establishment. After you shop around, you will be amazed at the savings and value that they can offer.

Ive been coming here for oil changes and I love it here since there usually isnt a wait,im in and out! I went in for brakes and thought the price was reasonable and didnt try to tell me something else was wrong with my car like most other places. Have had no issues and the workers are super friendly and great! They have a customer for a long time

They fixed my power steering pump and hoses, along with the engine mount, and changed the air filter and oil. They didn't try to buy things I didn't need, or pad up the bill. They were honest, dependable, hard working folks. My mom been coming here for many years, and they have always done good work for her. A great place to go, ask for Juan.

As a woman, normally the workers usually wait until the job is done before they tell oh we find something else wrong and there an extra charge cause they waited until the last minute to tell you. The guy who did my oil change told me right away there was something wrong with my oil pan. I was so surprised he told me this that I felt I could trust him to do my oil change for now on.

I met Juan, the owner over 10 years ago. I was working at Head start as an assistant teacher, and working with his son who was a student of the program. That's when he informed me that he had a mechanic shop locally in Victorville. I had an issue with my 1989 Toyota Tercel and that I could not get any heat working in the car. He was able to diagnose the problem and rectify it. Since then he has worked on a couple of my cars doing engine work oil changes with excellent service. Thank you Victorville Oil change.

Ever since I bought the car I've been getting oil changes with them...for years. Recently went somewhere else to get brakes. Told the brake shop to do oil change since I was already there. They told me a spark plug was being used for an oil drain plug gasket. No way to tell when it was lost since I only used them for oil changes so they would just keep putting the spark plug back in. I obviously didn't buy the car from the dealership with a spark plug in my drain pan! I was wondering way I kept losing oil. If you're going to be this sketchy why not just make up a lie to get me to buy a new plug. You just lost another customer.

Took my car there to get an oil change and they stripped the screw to oil pan and tried to blame last company that changed my oil. Prior to that car never leaked oil. No accountability there.

I need a new water pump cost $600.00 for a 2012 civic.they put the wrong antifreeze in my car.driving home it still leak.When I got home drain my Radiator and found alot of gold flakes in my catch pan.it was BAR'S STOP LEAK. I called then that same day Juan said it was old stuff left in the water pump.but I thought the water pump was a new water pump I mean they did charge me $150.00 for a new water pump.guys my car dosnt even run right now.i now know why they kept avoiding my calls. they did have my car 2 1/2 days. Alot Alot Alot of my OEM Parts were replacing with junkyard parts.i mean they really thought i wouldn't know how wreaking yards mark there parts? COLOR CODE. I can't let this fly.

I recently had an oil change done. About a month later, I started noticing multiple oil spots on my driveway right where I park. When I checked underneath, I could clearly see oil around the drain plug. I took the vehicle back to the shop, and they told me the leak wasn’t from their work — they said my valve covers were leaking. I wasn’t convinced, so I contacted my mechanic and had him come out the same day. He inspected everything thoroughly and confirmed that the valve covers were not leaking and nothing looked fresh. He told me to park it in the driveway overnight to see what happened. The next morning, there wasn’t a single drop of oil. That tells me the issue was likely the drain plug all along and that it was corrected when the shop “checked it” — even though they blamed it on something else. Just sharing my experience so others can be cautious. Some places will point the finger somewhere else instead of admitting to a simple mistake.
