I've been going to this car wash since before Mister car Wash took it over and I've gradually watched the decline in the quality of wash. I've since lowered my membership to the basic and still can't even seem to get a decent wash. I would no longer recommend this as a good place to go and I'm going to start looking elsewhere. There's too many other places to spend your money at and continue to get for quality. You almost have to come home and wash it again

Don't bother paying the extra $5 for your tires. Because it don't work, it sprays a little bit on your tire and that's it. My rims and tires were both filthy. I told them about it. They don't seem to care.

I love Mr. car wash and service, but I don’t care for the gentleman in the tunnel. I don’t know his name. He’s African-American every time I tell him to make sure I don’t have brushes in the tunnels wet down. He has an attitude and tells me they already told him, but it’s a good idea to tell the tunnel again to make sure I got it right. Because this gentleman has screwed up in the past and it costed you all $170 for my car to be buffed because of him. if I see him I won’t go through the car wash. My only concern God bless✝️🙏 this is in the Victorville Palmdale Road.

Terrible car wash. Price of the titanium wash was way over for the wash that I got. Might as well have gotten the base wash. Didn’t clean the entire truck or remove all the soap. You DO NOT get a towel for the price of the titanium wash. Tire shine was a joke. As I’m pulling into the vacuums, the side of the vacuums were turned off with no indication that they’re off (cones, caution tape etc.) WILL NEVER RETURN
