Where is the automated voice?!?! Now I can’t add my number instead I have to talk to a receptionist which was fine but the pharmacy is extremely disrespectful the person at the pharmacy area reception was telling me no I cannot refill your prescription. And I was like why, and she was like “God I can’t understand you” so I requested to please talk to the automated voice. Then she was like “No you can’t looks like your gonna have to talk to me.” So after I told her the number and everything she went “Uhh yeah I have no clue what you are talking about. So what are you even here for” So I was like “Ok fine, have a good day,” and hung up on her.

I have been going to them specifically since I started a medication, they have messed my meds where it didn't even make sense. GOING there for a whole month supply and they gave me 5 pills, then 10...... Just recently I put in for a refill didn't hear anything for four days so I did it again, still nothing. I called to find out my account is on hold!!!! No one should call and tell me?!?! To make it even better the pharmacy tech was rude, inconsiderate, and should not be dealing with people having medication issues! I would rather pay cash then use my insurance to ever go back. Never had a problem at Walgreens!!

Always a long line. Slow service and half of the time there’s some kind of issue filling the prescription. Rude people. Worst pharmacy known to man. Medicine Man blows them away!!!

Nice clean pharmacy. I got tired of Walgreens associates being rude. The Rite Aid pharmacist went the extra mile for me. I know most retail stores are short on employees but rudeness and 40 minute wait times on a phone call or standing in line is ridiculous.

Worst sevice ever. Call in a prescription refill to be ready next day. Go wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes and then get told it is NOT ready. Come back in a half hour. Then wait in line again. This happened twice; today come back in 1-1/2 hours. Wait in line again. Last time doing this. Finding a new pharmacy.

I went there yesterday for a few things and the shelves were empty. They had one option for nail polish remover. Are they going out of business? I felt like we stepped into a communist country. Weird. We left without buying a thing

These five stars are for Becky in the pharmacy! She absolutely saved me and made sure I got my prescription before I left town again for another week. My nurse practitioner couldn’t get back to me before the end of the day (she was given several hours notice) to confirm a different dosage I requested with Rite Aid before she leaves for a week and a half, so I called Becky back and she took care of me. She made sure my previous dosage would be filled, so I would at least have my original dosage for that week and a half. Thank you, Becky!

This Rite Aid used to be good. I put in a refill for my prescription on Tuesday. It's now Friday. Amy assisted me. She was the rudest person I've ever seen. Basically told me they are too busy. Well I'll do them a favor and take my money and business elsewhere.

🌟Rite Aid Pharmacy🌟 I am a Hospice patient, and have been a patient with Rite Aid Pharmacy for about 10 years. I will never switch pharmacies, even now that I live in Post Falls I still commute to Cda Rite Aid because of the amazing pharmacists and incredible pharmacy techs. Becky & Diane are amazing people. Even after Jon retired, the pharmacy was left in very capable hands. The new pharmacist is amazing! They all actually car about the human being behind the prescription! They always go the extra mile to help, and truly care about convenience, and have made my experience with new medications in Hospice very easy and smooth. Thank you to all of you!!! ♥ The Alonzo Family!

This is a great pharmacy. My husband and I only go here. The cashier Rebecca that works mornings is so kind and cares for everyone that comes. These days this is rare especially at a pharmacy. She is so great that I’ve even talked about her and had family and friends say they go there too because of how great this place and Rebecca is. I left a pharmacy I went to for years and drive 20 extra min just to get the better customer service and smiling employees at RideAid.

First time I got a prescription filled, it was done fast and the cheapest, next month they said this time they needed different info from the same doctor, and next month the same story, that the doctor says that everything they need was sent

They never have my prescription ready when they tell me through text and on the phone that it is ready. Extremely irritating. They also have had my medications on back order forcing me to go off of them for a week or more.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience ever. They don't answer the phone. You arrive in person to rude overwhelmed employees that don't have my rx ready after 3 days. They told me they are closing. Thank God!

My son came down with pneumonia at urgent care in New Years Eve. The pharmacy at this location was closed on New Years Day but the pharmacist came in early to fill these prescriptions for us after a phone call from the nurse at urgent care on 12/31! I will forever appreciate this extra care they gave my family to help my son get his meds to start feeling better!!!

I've spent over an hour on my phone listening to ringing over and over trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy about my prescription. Yeah I heard you guys are shutting down but to completely give up on customer service before you're even closed is messed up! 🤬

Went to pick up my prescription ( I had called my doctor because I didn't have any refills left and my doctor called to get a refill not me) went in to grab it and they said it wouldn't renew till next week which is fine as I think that was something from my doctor. However when I went back to pick it up today and the older lady working came to the counter to help me (after I waited in line for a few minutes even though there was no one in-front of me) I started to explain my situation and she cut me off and said "just give me your DOB" she said this in a very rude tone. After that she had realized that she had pissed me off for being rude and tired to blame her attitude on the "headache" she had. If you don't like talking to people don't choose a job that requires customer service

If I could leave a negative review, I would, and I am so unlikely to do something like this! I realize that pharmacies are incredibly busy these days, but it's insane that the only way to get a prescription refilled is to call in and no one EVER answers the phone so you have to make 2-3 trips all the way to the store just to tell them that you need the prescription refilled, get there and it's not done and then come back, especially with their very limited hours....

I've been coming here for my prescriptions for many years and never have had to wait more than a couple hours to fill. Today I went in at 9:45 to get 2 prescriptions. One was already done and I was told the other would fill in 2 hours. I came back 7 hours later to grab them both and they hadn't even started filling the second. I told them I was in earlier and they said they would be ready in 2 hours and I gave them ample time to fulfill it. I asked if I could wait for them to fill it before they closed and was told they didn't have time. Kinda frustrating since today was a day off and tomorrow I have to change my work schedule to fit them in. if they knew they weren't going to have time to do it they could have just told me the first time I came in instead of coming back a second time to find that out. Not a fan of how it played out.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! CAN NOT RECOMMEND USING RITE AID! I will NOT use the Rite Aid pharmacy again!!! Requested a refill on a prescription for a diuretic I have been using for 10 years. Requested a refill last Sunday by telephone. Received an automated recording stating "No refills available at this time. Will contact your doctor on the next business day". I never received any notification from Rite Aid about it. I went in and checked the next Sunday, 8 days after requesting a refill. The pharmacist never contacted the doctor. 7 days of sitting and waiting. Unable to contact anybody by phone. The phone always rings and rings and rings When a person does pickup they immediately put you on hold. The pharmacist treated me as if I was 12. I'm 70 years old. My question that I tried to get across to her was about Rite Aids procedures. Why had I never been contacted and informed about any issue Rite Aid may have had? Why hadn't she contacted my doctor to proceed? If she has any issues with a recurring prescription it is not her place to lecture the customer and treat them so condescendingly. I also had an issue with a recurring prescription for hydrocodone. Why she doesn't confer with my doctors instead of treating me like a little kid is beyond me. Maybe there are cultural issues. I do know I will not be utilizing Rite Aid in the future as long as she is the pharmacist here in Coeur d'Alene.

Come here for pharmacy. Forgot that they close between 1:30 & 2pm daily for lunch break. Hadn't realized how much there was besides meds here! They have everything! Yes, it's pricier, but still. Wow! They have makeup, vitamins, shampoo, toys, beer?!, Photo center, DVDs, gift supplies, cards, dog toys, paper products, food... The store is always clean and the staff is friendly.
