My car was at a shop for 2 weeks. When i picked it up it was really dirty n dusty. I have a spot in NY but since I was already in Jersey n didn't wanna drive my car that filthy, I went to this spot since it was close to where I was at. It's one line for quick washes n other types. So it was a long wait in that line. There were 2/3 cars ahead of me. The 2 dudes were pretty old n looked like they didn't even wanna be there. I didn't really look at my car after the wash. I just went straight to NY.

If you wanna pay $25+ for a simple car wash not including tip come here. Big scam! I can do a $60 membership for a month somewhere else. They keep raising their prices! I will not come back. They take advantage of loyal customers, and they they just lost me as customer.

I am a kind of picky guy to choose a place for car wash. I had services almost every car wash business in our area and this is the best place to go. For the price, service. They always use microfiber cloth and good brush. Little swirls can be found but no one can do car wash without that swirls. If i do myself with hundred bucks car wash stuffs then no complains. Thanks for your business!

I’ve been washing my own car for a year straight because of car washes causing scratches but because of the recent snow, I came here to get the salt and grime off. What I got was my car completely covered in swirl marks. I was shocked to see it when I got home. You don’t see it in the shade at the end of their wash. It was a busy day and the washers were reusing the same wash mitt or the dryers were using dirty cloths. Either way this was the absolute worst damage I ever received from any car wash. I’m devastated that I spent the last year washing my car by hand to keep it in good shape just to have these guys ruin it in 5 mins. If it was minor I wouldn’t take the time to write this but my entire car looks like it was painted in rainbow swirls. The absolute worst outcome of could have imagined. Now I have to pay a professional to correct the paint. I’m only writing this to help others who care about their expensive investment. I hope this doesn’t happen to you.

went back since they deserve the benefit of the doubt. like I said there was nothing they could do. they cannot prove they did that or they did not do that. They are sincere people. I guess my first sentence of the previous review is not valid. It is up to the upcoming customers to find out themselves. Maybe just walk through the car(even film) before the wash if you want to avoid any unlucky situation like mine. —————————————————————————— My genuine advice for Tesla owners, not the ideal place to go. I talked to the manager , Walter, about my concerns of scratches before the job. He said after washing, some damages that were not obvious can show. Legit but I don’t think any dust can cover this scratch from my eyes when it’s right on top of my driver’s seat. When I called, Walter was friendly and asked me to go back to check the video footage that he has. But on the phone, he is starting to show the tendency of saying it might be an original scratch. At this point I don’t think they will offer any valid help even when I go back. Just wished that they are the ones that I could go for the future visits but apparently they are not.

If you're looking for a great car wash that's reasonably priced, this is the place. They do an amazing job, both inside and out, and because it's hand washed, your car is sparkling when you leave. Great bang for your buck and would definitely recommend. One of the best ones I've been to for sure. **The only downside to this place is that sometimes their hours vary. I have gone over there several times on a Sunday and they had already closed up early. I usually go on the weekends so I'm not sure how they operate in the week but my suggestion is that if you're going on the weekends, I would suggest getting there earlier rather than later.

Took 1 hour to wash my car. Car was not fully clean as the windshield was still dirty and the body of the car had dirt marks that were not fully removed. I asked the workers to not use the hard brush on my rims because I was concerned about scratching and they didn’t listen and used the hard brush anyway despite my request. The basic wash was $21 (they charge an extra dollar if you use a credit card). There are other car washes in the area that charge $13-$14, are much faster and provide better quality. I will not be returning.

I just had my car detailed at Ridgefield Hand Car Wash, and honestly, I’m so happy with how it turned out! This was my first time going for a full detail, and they did it super easy. Everyone there was really friendly and took the time to explain all the options without any pushy sales talk. Got the VIP treatment and it was the best car wash I’ve ever gotten. When I pulled up I was a bit skeptical but continued with it as the reviews were great. If you have high end cars DON’T go there!! Its my second time finding scratches on my car. First I thought it was from somewhere else but I have many cars and some cars are rarely use, I only take them out to wash and run the car once every three to four weeks. I have visual inspections on my car before driving....by the time I got home I has pretty noticeable scar on driver side rear panel, Ouch!!! this place is not recommended for expensive cars!

I went to this car wash for a wash and vacuum because the inside of my car was super dusty, and they didn’t even try to vacuum the inside of the car. They covered the dust with my mats, and when i brought it up, they said I should’ve vacuumed it myself. Very rude! Terrible service and customer service.

Worst hand wash around. Everything has soap marks, every window and panel. Tire guy was banging the brush on the wheel and fender, but didn't clean the tires at all. Thanks for putting armor all on top of the dirt. I can wipe it off with a damp cloth one-handed so it's not tough dirt at all, just untouched by the wash.

Just like another post from some one else. I was using another place 2 miles away but after several bad experiences there, I came here. I own a business and have 2 personal cars. About a year ago the quality was pretty good. recently though, I have to have them redo the wash. Today I bring my wifes' brand new crosstreck in for the first wash. I leave as you fell rushed to get out by them, and you dont notice all the things missed until you see it in different light. I hope the pictures show how badly the job was done. Not only did they miss many spots they actually scratched the paint. There are swirl marks all over the car now as well. Looks like Charlotte's web now. The one picture with the flag reflection is from dec. 29 th 2018. The car is just over a month old. I peeled the protective coating off and did a full detail on the car. It was like a mirror. My father is right !!! You want something done right do it your self . Seems like all these places are failing in quality lately. Trust me and the other 1 star reviews. If you have not had a problem you will. I will be talking to the ins. co. I will not spend 2 days doing a complete detail to fix it and I do not trust them to do it .

I’ve been coming to this car wash for 17 years — almost two decades. In the early days, they were thorough, careful, and took real pride in making each car spotless. Rain or shine, I always came here because I trusted their work. But lately, the quality has gone downhill — fast. They rush through the job, leave water spots, and don’t even bother cleaning properly. Sometimes my car looks dirtier after the wash than before. When a long-time customer comes in, you’d think they would put in more effort, not less. After so many years of loyalty, it’s disappointing to see such carelessness. At this rate, I will no longer be coming here — ever.
