Yesterday was tire was going flat while going through the car wash. I had to blow my horn to alert the team that my car was stalling. I immediately had to go to Walmart to have my tire repaired. I noticed that my car was not clean and I called & spoke with the manager (Nieves?). There was a lot of back and forth, not to mention that I told him that I have my receipt. Also he continues to tell me that I should have let him know before leaving. Not paying attention to the fact that I continued to tell him that my tire was flat. I asked him "is this yes or no" and he told me that I could bring my car back. When I got back and signaled for help. He said the exact same thing as he had said previously. I was frustrated beyond words by his lack of understanding. In that moment Rich's lost all of my business. I asked for management on the initial call & he's the one who represents the company. Insensitive not to mention I noticed him as he's directing car in the lineup he's using his middle finger. Insidious indeed!

EXCELLENT!!! After encountering Rich’s, I don’t think I will ever be able to use another car wash! The mat cleaner is absolutely amazing, and the best I’ve ever used! Great suction of vacuum’s too!

I was there yesterday afternoon and witnessed a horror. Apparently a customer accidentally bumped into another customers car. The first customer was talking to one of the employees and that employee got in the face and started yelling at the older gentleman. This man is about 60 years old. I could tell he was terrified. I know of him but went to school with his brother. I called his brother and got his phone number and called him. He was pretty shaken up. That employee is a bully. Another customer had to step in and get the employee away from that gentleman. I told him I would be a witness if he needed me.
