Made an appointment a week in advance, show up to him badgering me about how I didn’t confirm my appointment when he called the day prior at 4pm. Because I work afternoons and decided to not call back at 11pm at night, he went ahead and booked another person for my spot. If you’re that worried about cancellations, then require a deposit. You just lost business on 3 cars. 1) You didn’t ask for a deposit when I scheduled the appointment over the phone so don’t come back with “it’s on our website.” 2) You said “I can start working on yours till she gets here,” indicating I now have to wait while you work on someone else whom I’m sure didn’t make an appointment a week in advance. How is that justifiable? 3) In your voicemail you didn’t say any other means of contacting you other than to call back, don’t place blame on me because I decided not to text what I thought was a business.

Aaron, I apologize for the unsavory review I posted last night in extreme anger and in miserable pain. It was unfair and unwarranted. Our phone conversation was under the effects of a stressful day for both of us. To anyone who read it, I was wrong to post this review out of anger. This guy came to my house and gave me a really good quality car wash. NOT a professional detail. A $250 car wash seems a bit expensive don't you think? Specially when you don't even use a polisher? He cleaned my car in under 2 hours which seem a bit weird for a "Rich Decisions Professional Detailing" . I drove my car to Ziebart and got a real detail for under $150. Very Unhappy customer, and he seem like he could give two rats .... s about my opinion. Took my money and BYE CYA! I visited his Facebook page and notice he only has positive reviews that are years old so more than likely he erases all the negative ones he gets as you are allowed to do that on Facebook, BUT NOT HERE. This one is going to stick buddy. Sorry Incredible you are still trying to deny detailing my car. How many Rich Decisions you are going to make?

We had an incident where our kid spilled a milkshake in our BRAND NEW car and we could NOT get the smell out of the seats. Luckily, I reached out to this company and not only was it $50 cheaper for his services, but he fit me in his already hectic schedule at the last minute. It's been over a month and our car has that brand new car smell again, minus the old milkshake. I cannot thank you enough for saving my car!!

I have an 8 yr old Honda Civic that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for YEARS. I tote around my big, slobbery dog in the backseat too. So when I say this car was beyond dirty- I mean it. So I dropped my car off at the shop and went to work. (Tip: the shop is located near a residential area. You'll see a long wood/log fence and line of evergreen trees next to the driveway- that's where you turn in). Aaron notified me when the car was almost ready so I could pick it up right after work. I was so happy to see that Aaron could get it so clean. My car hasn't looked this great in so long! And he was able to get the tree sap off the exterior! (Stupid trees at work parking lot drip sap- lucky me) I would definitely recommend taking your car here and I will definitely be back.

My mechanic smoked a cigarette in my car while he was test driving it and it smelled like an ash tray when I picked it up from being serviced. Aaron was AMAZING and within 30 mins of making an emergency appointment he had circulated the air system and got the smoke smell out completely! Now my car smells like a snickerdoodle cookie ☺️ And I didn’t need to get one of those 24 hour ozone bombs every other detail place said I would need! I highly recommend Aaron’s services because he is reasonably priced, explains the process in detail and was friendly and professional. Thanks Aaron!

Hi Everyone, I went with Rich Decisions Professional Detailing to clean up a mess my dog made from being car sick. So far, they worked to fit me into their schedule, were honest and explained the pricing, very professional, and got right to work. Will let you know how the detailing goes. Thanks Aaron Richison for working to fit me in! Update: These guys did great! I would recommend them anytime! If you need to get some work done whether it be an interior or exterior detail, a wash and shine, or even scratch removal, they do it all (even ceramic coating. Pricing is fair and they are very pleasant. Even asked me to take a look to make sure I was happy with their service. Even after stating I was happy with the work they did, they did a once over, then a twice over to make sure it was perfect beyond my standards. Thanks again Aaron Richison!

I've used Aaron for every single one of my cars- both interior and exterior work. For the latest job, Aaron came to my work and did full detail including wax and interior cleaning. The work was impeccable and completed on time. I've also purchased gift certificates and given them as holiday and birthday gifts. This past summer I gave my aunt one for her 1978 MG.
