Unfortunately, the quality of service provided at this location has decreased significantly. I had to walk around twice with attendant to get areas that were completely missed. I have the unlimited plan and I understand the importance of that now because I would need to take my car there daily for a week for them to hopefully get the whole thing washed and dryer. The operational style seems to be focused more on speed of getting done, not quality. Also of note, automatic equipment is extremely dated with brushes being very worn/missing pieces, etc. Mgmt must have changed because it has not always been this way. NO QUALITY CONTROL!

My boyfriend brought my car here to be detailed, in an attempt to surprise me. Whatever they did caused my rear view mirror to fall off while I was driving, and the car just looks like it was vacuumed. No amount of refund, or even an apology, was offered when I brought it back so they could fix it. After trying to force it back together they weren't able to fix it, and I ended up having to go to Volkswagen to have it fixed. Do not reccomed this place. Highly recommend the nearby Volkswagen dealer!!

My hairstylist Barbara Hinds recommended this place to me 4 years ago. I travel about 30 miles one way to get my car detailed. They are the most professional and personable group of people. The service is so quick. I recommend the VIP. Tina works up front and she is so kind.

Not one to give reviews but a lady named Maria is extremely rude. She should NOT be attending the customers with her rude attitude. My mom usually loves getting a car wash at this place but however it will be the last time due to this horrible lady. My dad went a few months ago and gave her a description of the car which is a Subaru Forester. MarĂa decided she wanted to argue with my dad saying it wasnât a Subaru but a forester instead and that the color wasnât grey but silver, because apparently she made the carđ. Anyways my dad said he didnât care as long as he got the service but Maria decided to cancel my momâs membership because my dad was being âaggressiveâ. My mom went today and she told my mom that her membership was canceled without her knowing and that she wasnât able to receive âa free washâ. She told her that they donât tolerate rude behavior which is completely understandable but however shes the one with the nasty behavior.

They used to be good but not anymore. Iâve been taking my car here for 4+ years but their service is getting poorer. I adjusted my seat after the car wash and this is what I found. Never returning to this place.

Very RUDE! I went there yesterday to get my car detailed and I was trying to talk to the attendant and she walked away from me and then a man who was detailing a car asked me "what I want" and I told him what package I wanted and he said "man... we're going to close." It was in business hours! I said "say less" and I drove off. The people that work there are very rude and their attitudes stink! đڍđ¨ I'm NEVER going back there again! I'll go to Champions next time!

I waited for an entire hour here today and they still hadn't even run my car through the wash part. No cars in front of me in line when I dropped it off, so it's not that they're busy or backed up, just really bad at customer service. If you want to waste half your afternoon waiting for your car to sit, and sit, and sit, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else where they can handle a simple vacuum and wash without needing to spend hours wasting your time. Once they were "finished" their work was abysmal. Despite paying for the extra wheel cleaning, there is black residue still all over the rims, and there is dust all over the vents and console, despite paying extra for interior vinyl cleaning. Just a total waste of money on top of the giant waste of your time. Their service and competence in taking care of the basics of an in and out car wash are completely absent.

Its a little pricy as they charge for even cleaning the dash and mats. $25 for a pretty basic wash, and they dry the car so - so. Overall good, but not great.

Took my Ford F150 XLT today to the Red Carpet Car Wash on Penn and had the $31 package applied. Thank you for an awesome job! My truck looked really rough after the Artic Storm we had, I was impressed with how cleaned it looked inside and out, after you all got done with it for $31.

I came there to get car cleaned, I paid 33 dollars these folks didn't wash my car r n e thing, had bugs still on the grill, so wut I pay for?! No tire shine, their going to close down. Thank God be side they can't clean!!!!!

Let the pictures speak for themselves⌠They did a spotty job on both the exterior and especially the interior wipe. For the price I would have done it myself. The staff was kind and professional on a hot day, so I still tipped the guys. Still⌠would not recommend.

for the most part it is clean. we got the VIP package for $78 pictures show what is missed. there is more but this shows the obvious ones we see also there is no security for your vehicle. anyone could have claimed our car.

They did an amazing job! I had my CRV interior detailed and it looked like brand new, the darn thing hadnât been cleaned in 3-4 years and was incredibly dirty, especially the dog hair that was everywhere! Price was awesome, only thing I didnât care for was the fact they used so much oil on my floor mats I could have fried chicken on them. All in all I will be returning.

Really should have read the recent reviews before I came here. Just paid $90 for the VIP package + pet hair and am pretty disappointed. My fault for not checking before I left but one of the back seats looked like they didnât touch it and the cup holders still had debris and residue in them. I had to finish the job with my shop vac and some wipes when I got home.

Went there some time ago for a detailed. I selected the interior detailing package which was around $39. This is a huge disappointment. Ive been here before with my other vehicles and had similar issues but wanted to try them again but its a big NO for me from today. Will be using other detailing businesses now! The interior had bugs that were there, the cup holders were not even touched. What kind of a interior cleaning do they do?

Paid $41, one of the highest tier interior and exterior washes available. Truck was in and out in 20 mins. Dash was not wiped down, cup holders all still dirty, seats not vacuumed and floor mats not cleaned. What did I pay $41 for? I suggested coming back tomorrow if I came in too late today (30 mins before closing) Manager on shift Tuesday July 1st in the afternoon/ evening stated â they didnât do that bad, come back tomorrow and pick from our full detail service.â I asked if Iâll get any credit towards that service with the $41 already paid, he grinned and said call him. This place has gone down hill. Wonât be back, I do not recommend unless you see an under new management sign.

They left bug guts on my truck. Then didn't clean the seats right, and left a new stain on top of that. I asked for a partial refund of 100 vs a full refund of 240. They wanted to instead reclean the car but now that my son is born I don't have time to sit around for 4+ hours again waiting just to see them do a sloppy job again. Then they denied my partial refund due to my bad review. So I figure i will put this review for all their locations to warn everybody. I will adjust this if they decide to give me a full refund.
