I was in Memphis visiting family, and I wanted to rent a car. That fell through, but a family member let me borrow their car for the week I was in town. Because of their generosity, I wanted to do something nice and have the car cleaned before I gave it back. I tried calling at first to verify prices, but the receptionist had stepped away. Within 10 minutes they called me back. I missed answering the call, but then they texted me to ask how they could help. They gave me a quote and I set up an appointment right then and there. I actually LEFT another facility because of Rapid Hand Car Wash's price. Got there, and they immediately got to work. When they were done, to say that I was pleasantly surprised is the understatement of the year. I no longer recognized the vehicle when I got it back. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. The price beat everyone in a 15-mile radius, and most other facilities wouldn't do the inside. On top of that, in the same building, they also run a rental car business. So, now my car rental issues will be resolved on my next visit. Five stars isn't enough, and outstanding is a word that falls short of describing the job they did.

I booked the Deluxe Car Wash for my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy Night Edition. I booked the service throught their website. Upon arrival I showed my email of the booking and they immediately got to work on the car. I have to say I was greatly impressed by the work on my car. They do an outstanding job.
