Sprayed my car off with the hose for 2 min and the machine told me it was 5$, i was then charged 12$ on my credit card.my car didnt even get clean .

I've always liked this car wash. I love the foaming brush and all the options available. Plus they accept debit cards!!!

Charged me $10 for a little over 4 mins. Couldn’t get the timer to shut off so it went over 4 minutes. Garbage. Tried to call number no answer as well. Have to call bank and get it reversed. Don’t use their card machine

This is now Tornado Car Wash. Everything is set so it wastes time and eats through a $10 card swipe. It toke me 10 minutes for pre-soak where it toke me 2 before, the tire cleaner doesnt come out of the tire scrub brush. Gives an awesome wash as long as you can afford $30 or 3 card swipes. I am personally ally boycotting this car wash until they fix the pressure issues. The tri foam polish is sporadic as well. I feel ripped off from this experience. It is sad it is the only car was in town that accepts credit cards!

My husband went to wash the car yesterday. None of the wash bays worked. He used our debit card so now we have $40 in pending charges, $10 for each bay. He's called the phone number that is posted repeatedly and left messages. No answer and no response. We've also called the local number with the same results. Needless to say we will not be going back.
