Got 1 quarter for a dollar suppose to get dollar coin called said he meet me and call on Sunday and didn't do it a crook would have made about 25 dollars a week off of me washing my vehicles know he won't simple do not like liars

Couldn’t shut off wash when done. What meant to be a quick wash ended up costing me $15.

I wasted a dollar in one of the coin returns. It kept it got jammed or something. Then I tried 2 vacuums and one would suck and the other one just would turn on wasting both a dollar in each one. Had this problem a couple weeks before here to but decided to try again cause I hadn't had problems with this place before till now. I thought they would have a them fixed by now..... ive used the wash before and it works fine no problems. Please fix these issues.

Used the car wash bay but the timer would not stop when I finished. A person in the next bay had the same issue. I called to let them know because it would incorrectly go to the maximum charge. I was told they would refund the extra charge, but nothing was ever done. Won't be using this business again.

Paid for their touchless car wash, just for the dryers at the end to be out of order. Leaving my car a streaky smeary mess. I called the owner to try and receive a refund as I was disappointed with the way my vehicle was left, but no response. I left a voicemail as well as a text message to the number provided explaining the situation and requesting a refund so I could go elsewhere, but surprise surprise, no response. Very disappointing experience. Greed is a sad thing in this world. The owner finally responded to tell me that my wash didn’t include a dry. Yet the next wash up is the same wash including a dry, but of course more expensive. Who pays for a car wash and doesn’t expect their car to be dried as well? 😂 He didn’t hear my concerns at all lmao. The owner is a joke.

No soap in the soap brush so couldn't wash my car. Tried to cancel immediately but still got charged $10 and no car washing. 🤨 called and texted #. If no response I will never come back here. 😒 This used to be my goto carwash. Update: they still charged me $5 and I didn't wash my car. I'll be going somewhere else. Thanks!

I had a terrible experience at this car wash today. First, I used the vacuum. The area around there smelled so bad and was overrun with flies. With the doors of my vehicle open, a lot of them decided to hop on in and hang out. Then I moved into the last stall on the south. One of the mat clips is broken. The wash kiosk ate two of my quarters before it started giving me credit. The drain system in the floor was full of stagnant water that smelled so bad, a weaker stomach would have vomited. When I went to switch to rinse, none of the rinse buttons worked, so I had to move my Jeep, AND pay another $3 to get it rinsed off. That stall had so much dried mud on the floor that when I left, the tires kicked mud back up onto my vehicle. A completely annoying and expensive experience.
