Had my truck washed there, the wash broke a piece off of the front end of my truck. Left & didn’t realize it till a few minutes later. Went back & had to argue with the attendant to go into the wash bay & find the piece they broke off, he kept telling me it wasn’t there. Finally convinced him to let me look, I found it. The manager was not in that day so they took all my info & said they would have him call me the next day- it’s now 2 days later & no call. I’ve been calling all day & no one answers. Want to add to this - the manager did finally contact me as he was out with a death in the family. They have taken care of everything and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Maybe just need some additional help or someone to answer the phone.

Car wash is decent, but have experienced micro scratches on vehicle as do most carwashes that are not touchless. My lower rating for this carwash is that the upgraded carwash is supposed to wash the underbody. Both times the underbody has been completely dry. Please be aware that this may not being doing what is advertised as you look for underbody wash in the winter.

Best car wash experience in Lincoln. Plenty of deals to save money. They always have someone to pre-rinse the car. Recently my prepaid wash card expired, but they fixed it and i didn't lose any money. Great customer service.

The interior was cleaned well but the upholstery still had multiple stains that I'm sure could come out as the car isn't old. There was no mention of difficulty they had with stains so I'm assuming they thought it looked fine. Won't go back for 150.00 should not have stains.

Did a fantastic job detailing gf's car that had a very dirty interior. They were accommodating with some rescheduling, preformed everything advertised in the detail package, and were friendly and professional. Even though it's clear on the other side of town from me I will go back without question when it's time for the next detail. Highly recommend!

Inconsistent. Inconvenient. Inconsiderate. Twelve days ago I went to get a car wash. There was a cement mixer parked in the drive to the carwash. I called to ask if it could be moved. The nice lady informed me she couldn't ask. I went on to share my frustration with her: MORE THAN HALF of the times I'd visited over the last months I was unable to use the car wash and it was closed for cleaning, closed for maintenance, or now a cement mixer—during posted business hours. When a convenience item becomes inconvenient, it's time to change. I went home, wrote of my concern through the Anderson Mazda website, received the "we've received your email" email immediately, but never heard back from a real person. Sad. Repeated inconvenience. Twelve days without a response. I'd been a customer since they opened. I am a customer no more.

I've taken two cars to get detailed and not only is the actual cleaning service great, but they also have really nice and caring people putting forward excellent customer service. Our cars came out looking like brand new! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I took my vehicle in and easily decided to buy their highest package for vehicle detailing. I was "splurging." When I picked up my vehicle, I was handed the keys and took off. Upon first inspection I was thrilled, it was so clean in all the small crevices. Once I got home, however, and looked at the upholstery I was very disappointed. Stains in about every seat, most that I hadn't noticed before I took my vehicle in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I decided to give my detachable carpet shampooer a try and if the stains remained or the water came back clear then clearly this was the condition I'd let my vehicle get to. NOPE!! After 30 mins the stains were gone and as I was dumping muddy brown water out of the shampooer, I was irritated. They had my vehicle for about 8.5 hours and I spent $200, just to come home and take care of a portion of it myself, which was what I was avoiding by paying them in the first place. When I called the manager to discuss and ask for just a partial refund, he was no help, and went as far as to blame me for not coming back right away (they were closed) and not calling the next business day (I'm a nurse and my hours overlap theirs completely). He said they'd done what they could and that I could come pay for another cleaning. No thanks, I HAD already paid for a cleaning, and if my little carpet shampooer does better work than their equipment then again, no thanks. COMPLETELY UNIMPRESSED with the manager and his customer service skills. You can't run a business where you blame others for your mistakes. Had he just owned up to it, apologized, they would still receive my business and recommendation. Not any longer, spend your money elsewhere.

I received 200 free washes when I bought my car from Anderson, so I use this place all the time. It's a decent wash. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to get my car washed, which is great. One complaint is that the dryer does a poor job of actually drying my cars.

Just went through the car wash. 2018 Escape, had to come home and wash the entire back of car. All the car wash did was make lines through the dirt. Seemed like it was a lot quicker car wash today, not like it normally is. Sorry for the poor review. Thank you for your response Chris. I appreciate the offer for me to come back, but I already took care of it. I know it will be right the next time. I've never had this problem before. Thanks.

Good for the price, however the posted hours are not always followed by employees. I have visited several times in the past few years of using this carwash around an hour before the official closing time only to find that the employees closed early that day. The drying fans don’t do much, and have noticeably decreased in quality over the past few years, as well. Overall a decent carwash, but not always as reliable as others in town.

Very impressed by this establishment. I had just drove up from Topeka, and my Audi had fresh tar from some roadway work on highway 75. So swung into this car wash to see if some of it would come off. The gentleman doing the pre-wash took the time to treat the areas around all 4 wheel wells. All the tar is gone and my car looks fantastic (and sparkly clean). This wash may not have the fancy colored flashing lights, but are you looking for a light show, or a clean car? Give them a shot. You will be pleased.

Quick and easy process, my car was crusty and salty from the roads and recent snow. They have 3 levels for their wash to choose from, basic, deluxe, and premium and I chose premium. They also offer detailing.

I used to use this car wash all the time, but I’m never going back. The last two times the car wash is obviously broken so I am paying good money for nothing. All it does is just smear the dirt.
