Horrible job. Scheduled a complete interior and exterior detail...the car was not vacuumed well as expected along with a poor detailed hard surface clean. Spots left on side panels, windows and door frames. Carpet not shampooed or vacuumed well. They had the car for a full day and charged close to full price even after pushing back on bill.

A long time ago, I went to this shop with an embarrassing body spill from a misadventure in the back of my hatchback (with the seats laid down...). Randy took care of it free of charge! I have been back more than once. He cranks a lot of cars out every day with most likely some somewhat temporary employees, but he's a gawddamm workaholic.

2 years ago I would have recommended to anyone! Now not so much. I have been dissapointed with my details the last 2 times. I thought maybe the last time was a fluke so I tried again. Almost $500 for 2 vehicles and the attention to detail is just not what it used to be. Lots of areas inside and out that aren't thoroughly clean as they should be for that cost. I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

Came here off of a dealership recommendation. Fair price for an exterior detail and paint touchup (~$100). However, the paint touchup was not great. They explained before the process that the paint might not be a perfect match even though it was from the dealership, but they didn't say anything about the chance of the repair paint being raised above the rest of the surface. It appears they used too much paint on the light scratches and went on to finish the rest of the service too quickly without seeing how the paint was drying.

Not exactly what I expected. Great service, but $ 1000+ to fix a one inch gash in a rear plastic bumper. Approximately three years ago the wife used the same auto body shop and had some minor repairs to the front plastic bumper, very cost effective .

Had a large dent in the rear quarter of a civic - car needed dentless repair- and it was near a seam! Looks great and reasonably priced! Also a Honda Fit with a ton of scratches- Randy touched them up with with Honda paint I had — really nice work!! Thanks Randy- I’ll be back.

Would Highly Recommend!I Brought my Toyota Highlander to get a full detail inside and out. Lincoln auto had the best rates (under $200), but I was concerned they maybe wouldn't do as nice of a job. When I picked up my car, I was very impressed. They are as good as any shop I've been to in town, and the owner went the extra mile and filled multiple chips and scratches that were on the vehicle.

Was in Lincoln for a couple of days and was in desperate need to get my car detailed. Came across Lincoln Auto Detail and I am glad I did. They were able to get me in same day and the price was right. They did an amazing job on getting my seats cleaned. I had stains from my niece, nephew and dog and my car looks as new as if I just bought it. If I could give them a higher rating than 5 I would. Next time I need it done, I will drive back up from Omaha and have them do it. Great job and thank you so much! 💗

I used to work here so I know the quality of work the owner expects and its the same as I would expect detailing my own car. I like my vehicle to be spotless and perfect. Used to work here til I was supposed to come in to help out and got into a wreck on the way there and spent a week in the hospital and just never did get around to ever showing up or even calling to inform the owner. Oh well, life works funny sometimes. Anyway, if you want your car looking good then this is the place to go.

Back story, I dumped a 20oz latte on my dash, which splash on the driver side door & all over me. It was dark and the next day I was to fly out of state. The coffee stains remained in my car for over a week. These guys were able to clean that up as well as the rest of my car. I had forgotten that the floor mats were black and I didn’t know how the webbed tie down worked in the hatch until they put it in place. 3+ years I’ve had my car with all sorts of things rolling around in the hatch 😆.
