Paid $75 around 9am to book an appointment for 11am. Booking did state arrival time 11:00am-11:15am but never showed up. Waited until 1150am to reach out if they were running late. And got no reply. So i look over email we used for contact and saw my appointment canceled. Edited my honest review!!! He never called amd property is not gated so there is no need to be waiting on the side as property is adjacent to Rainbow blvd He would be blocking traffic waiting on the side like he he said. Added screen shot of my call logs and no calls trying to reach me ....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Also added a satellite pic of apartment complex there not a lot of areas where you can park on the side

Amazing wash! My car was pretty dirty from the previous owners, and just needed some serious TLC. Randy made it looking super good! He even gave me a discount due to some dog hair not coming up. But that little dog hair ain’t nothing compared to what was in the back seat that’s no longer there! Definitely did an amazing job at the clean. Will definitely be coming back and recommending!!

Exceptional Service & Attention to Detail! I recently had the pleasure of using R & J Extreme Mobile Car Wash for my business, & I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. After calling around for detailers, Randy promptly answered my call & instantly put me at ease with his professionalism & knowledge. With multiple vehicles in need of thorough washing & detailing, Randy promptly messaged me with all the details regarding the services he provides. His pricing for 4-door cars, large SUVs, & lifted trucks was incredibly fair, which initially made me a bit skeptical. However, I decided to give it a shot, & I'm delighted that I did. Randy's attention to detail & the level of cleanliness he achieved on all of my vehicles were beyond my expectations. He arrived on time as scheduled, which is no easy feat for a mobile service. I opted for the "Butter Wash" on two of my vehicles, a formula that includes a wax to prolong the cleanliness. I must say, the initial results were outstanding. I am so impressed with Randy's work that I have decided to observe the longevity of the clean vehicles before posting a follow-up review. It will be interesting to see how long the "Butter Wash" keeps them looking pristine. Regardless, I cannot thank Randy enough for his promptness & the exceptional service he provided. I called Randy the day before I wanted my truck washed and asked him a ton of questions pertaining to his services and what type of products he uses along with the price. He told me he could have my truck washed that very next day and gave me an itemized breakdown to his services offered and was very informative. When he arrived the next day, he stayed in communication with me from letting me know where he was at, and how long it will take him to get to the destination. He thoroughly went over what exactly I wanted done and what he will be doing and using to accomplish it. When he was done washing my truck it looked like a brand new vehicle inside and out. I could tell he put all his effort into pleasing his customers and the quality of work he does. Thank you sooo much Randy for everything and doing an amazing job, especially last minute. Absolutely transformed my 08 Cayenne! This car has been in my family since I was just a kid and after losing my car, I bought it off my parents and thought it was only for fair to give it a deep clean and wax. My neighbor across the street uses R&J as well so I booked them for Friday and was excited to see what could be done. We had rain unexpectedly and I was surprised to have the owner reach out and offered to reschedule because he didn’t want to risk rain ruining the work he had just done. He rescheduled me for Sunday morning and took the upmost care transforming this nearly 20 year-old car into something that looked even fresher off the lot when my parents got it used when I was a kid. It’s never looked so good! I can’t be more thankful for the fair price, care and upmost detail! Will be back for sure!
