I've been going to this wash for a few years now (always the touch free) and it has never fully cleaned my truck or car. With that being said, $20-25 a month to keep keep the salt to a minimum in the winter isn't a bad price for not needing to go outside. DO NOT go out of your way to go here and DO NOT expect a great wash. For my purposes of having a semi-clean car that's mostly salt-free without the hassle of going outside in the winter works well enough for me

I wish I could give it zero stars. To start off with is the prices weren’t great they’re too expensive and staff hardly touches the vehicle all they do is spray it with water. I paid $16 for a better clean than this in the picture there is dirt all over the back of my car and the front of the car still has bugs. The staff members didn’t change the setting I felt like I just got ripped off!! Im not going back. Don’t recommend there if you care about your car.

Don’t bother with the no touch … it doesn’t clean your car at all… I couldn’t even use the free towels to dry it for fear of scratching the paint. Total waste of money. The white Cadillac in front of me was still filthy too. I’m just relieved that I tried the wash first before investing in the monthly unlimited wash.

Went to the one on Sheldon road and had to cancel my membership. Due to the employee entering my information wrong two times. Guy at the front desk was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot! Lobby reeked of cigarettes and alcohol with just me and 1 employee. I don’t drink or smoke. I ended up not reporting him and just hope he doesn’t get hurt on the job.

Never been satisfied with their wash. Been 3 times and each time the brushes barely touch the body of the car and leave dirty streaks. Take an extra 5 minutes and drive to Diamond Carwash near 5 mile and Haggerty.

I came here because I got a free "protect" wash in the mail as a promo. This is normally an $18 (!!!) car wash, and my car left covered in unremoved soap, tons of water, and rocker panels so dirty they look like they had not been touched at all. $2 at the self spray would do a significantly better job. Additionally, the touchless lane is not yet open, and the hours on their website are incorrect because I showed up shortly after 7pm and they were already closed despite being listed as open until 8pm. Overall disappointed with the experience even though I didn't pay a penny, and if I had paid full price I'd be demanding a full refund.

I would not recommend this car wash. I had the monthly unlimited basic plan and it was ok given the $19.99/month price (they do not manually pre-brush the car and the brushes inside leave the back window/liftgate of SUVs untouched). Four times the passenger side of my vehicle had small splashes of grease/oil after going through the car wash - I cleaned that off myself … yesterday, however, I went through the wash and the driver side of my vehicle had extensive grease/oil along the entire side after exiting the wash. I went back and was told that they have never seen this before which I find hard to believe as it’s happened to me five times - The attendant told me I would have to go see the manager who is currently at their Novi facility, but that he would tell me the same thing and wouldn’t even clean the grease off the car. I canceled my y membership today.

Monthly passes are worth it during winter season to frequently remove salt and grime. If you actually want your car clean in warmer months, good luck! They only spray your car with water upon entry, with minimal pressure. Seems like a nylon brush scrub would be more efficient for cleaning wheels and removing bird droppings. Same (bird) stain is most likely to remain after the wash.

Damaged my car, I went in the office and I guy who claimed he was the district manager said rudely it was my problem must have been something wrong with the car. Started yelling at me when I asked to talk to the owner. NOTHING was wrong with the car!!! Never have delt with anyone in the service industry as rude and disrespectful as this guy. Go elsewhere!!

Took one of my cars through the regular wash and it came out great. Took another one through the touch less one and I really liked it. Was recommended to go here by a few of my car friends out of which some drive 30 minutes just to wash their cars at Pure Car Wash. The best part about the touchless is that your wheels will not get scraped by no guiding bars on the sides. And while the pressure is pretty good, you don’t have to worry about risking something get blasted off of your car. They also have free microfiber towels that you can use to dry the car afterwards. Also vacuum as well.

Just don’t waste your time or bother getting a membership. The license plate scanner is very poor, never lets me right in. Let alone the car was quality is beyond poor. If I could give this place 0 starts I would.

Touch free car wash is trash. Didnt rinse off the road grime from 2 days of rain/snow. Attendant was helpful.

Don't waste your money and DEFINITELY DO NOT go through the Soft Touch with your white car. Three (3) times I went there and came through with grease all over the passenger side of my car. I could only remove it with Goo Gone. I complained each time. Today they didn't even want to look which makes me believe they know all about it and don't give a damn! I used to live in Brighton and they had a great car wash with wonderful service. Not so nice here!! 😡

Paid for the 16 dollar wash- barely any water,soap products etc used in the wash. Car came out looking still pretty dirty, lots of missed spots and the guys at the front of the wash barely sprayed the car off at all before entering. No towel dry either!!! Already overpriced and I’ve seen better results from a low tech touch free wash nearby. Avoid this place at all costs- it’s a rip off.

The need to spend more time prepping cars and at the very least getting the windshield wet especially during big season. They also need to replace all brushes and the top spinning drying wheel that barely can even reach the windshield because they are all so worn out. Would not recommend until wash upgrades are made and employees are trained to prep cars and they spend the time to do it right.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review for this car wash. The touchless is one of the worst I’ve come across. I tried contacting them first to resolve but got not feedback. I am used to the back of the car not getting very clean on touchless but the entire car was still dirty after the wash. This is just not acceptable.

Went through the full car wash today and it does a very poor job still a lot of dirt on my car. Definitely would not recommend. You would think a car wash is modern as this would do a thorough job but unfortunately it does not.
