Brilliant Car Care did an *outstanding* job cleaning my SUV!! I am a dog lover and dog rescuer, so I had a huge amount of dog hair throughout my vehicle -- and Brilliant made my vehicle absolutely spotless and fresh-smelling!! To top it off, I live close to their location, so they were kind enough to bring me home after I dropped my car off -- and they delivered my car back to me just a few hours later!! I am beyond impressed and highly recommend this careful & professional company!!!

First time at an Auto Detailing shop. The car looked so much better. The interior was pretty close to new looking. I think they should have spent more time on the front bumper cover. Still signs of bugs and a mar in the paint that may have come out. The rest of the paint looked great for a vehicle its age and miles. Glass was never cleaner. I'll go back again. Thanks.

I had my car detailed for the first time in years and was extremely happy with Brilliant Concierge in Plymouth. My car seats were covered in dog hair and dirt on the dashboard was about a quarter inch thick. They did an phenomenal job! I haven't been able to find a single dog hair and the whole car, inside and out, is sparkling. In addition, the customer service is fantastic. Both Libby and Chris are so friendly and even drove me to the downtown area since I didn't have a ride. I would highly recommend Brilliant Concierge Car Care in Plymouth.

We brought in a truck that our lawn crew drove all season. We tried cleaning it ourselves with the Bissel cleaner and it was not working for the in-depth cleaning we desperately needed. Sadly they did not live up to my expectations. They're two spots on the windshield where I mount the cellphone holder they didn't take care of, in addition to the photos shown here. There was no walk-through, just immediate checkout and a room for tip. There was no estimate when the car is going to be done. A promise callback was never returned. Not worth $199.

Omg, Brilliant Car Care did such an incredible job on my car! I own a Mazda 3, which I ❤️❤️, and I handwash it every week myself. Detailing at Brilliant is next level - every surface looks brand new! Even the leather is polished! Minor scratches were buffed out, the floor mats look fabulous, I can’t say enough! Friendly staff and great work!

I am so happy this was my first choice for my truck. It's lease-end time for me, so I really wanted to make sure my vehicle was in top shape and Brilliant Car Care absolutely nailed it. And when my vehicle inspector said it was in brand new condition, I was so happy. Brilliant Car Care really made my experience bright too, their customer service is top notch and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I was a little worried that they wouldn't be able to get ALL of the pet hair off of the fabric, but they were able to and it looks amazing! I had only had the interior detailed, and when I came back to pick up my truck, I had forgot to mention the scuffs on the exterior of the truck, they were nice enough to take care of it for me, I didn't even have to ask! They also made it easy for me to tip the service-person (which I was unsure if it was customary or not, so I'm glad I was informed). I will definitely be bringing any/all of my vehicles here in the future, they are just too great to go anywhere else.

I went to Brilliant Car Care this week to get the Glisten Package, to treat myself and Subie for my birthday/got you anniversary. My appointment was at 11:00am and I sat at the coffee shop across the parking lot. My Subie wasn’t ready until 4:30. When I got home, I looked in my back seat and pulled the middle console down, when I did there was pet hair. I was charged for pet hair removal so I called the shop and talked to Victoria. Victoria was very nice and sweet. She said I could bring my Subie back up. Which I did, even though it was an inconvenience and waste of mileage. She did acknowledge that she forgot that area and asked if there was anything else I saw. There was! Coffee going down my driver seat and marks on the cloth above the seats and etc. Victoria took my Subie back and 20 mins later she came back to get me. She gave me a free exclusive hand wash & wax card that she signed and said she was so sorry and if I ever want to come back again, here’s this card. It was a nice gesture. I just went to put my rug covers back in my Subie (had to wait for carpet to dry) and this is what I’ve found. They had my car for almost 5 hours total and they didn’t even detail clean my Subie. I paid $300 for what?! Also, there was whatever the thing in the plastic bag left in my Subaru. I think it may put air and light up..but it’s not mine. I had everything cleaned out of my Subie in preparation for the detailing. **Update** I talked with the GM Frank today, he offered for me to bring my Subaru back up to the shop to get it re-cleaned. That would be the 3rd time I would drive up to the shop to have my Subie clean when it should have been done properly the 1st time. I do not want to spend any more of my time there nor waste anymore gas and mileage. My time is valuable and money is tight. Frank then offered to give me some portion of my money back.. I paid $309 with tip. He said he could send me a check for $209, the person Jason who worked on my Subie needed to be paid for the time he spent on my Subaru. I get it, someone did spend time on my vehicle and of course I don’t want them to go without being paid. I’m just annoyed with how much inconvenience this was. I will adjust my review when I receive the check from Brilliant Car Care.

They did a fantastic job detailing my car. I had never had it done and this car is 7 years old. I have pets, take this car camping, eat in the car, smoked in the car, etc. You would have no idea. They got it looking brand new for a fair price. The turnaround time was quick and everyone I interacted with was very nice.

Fighting the grin on my face so that I wouldn't look like a 10-year-old after they cleaned my 2016 BMW X3 was more challenging than forking over the coins to pay for a reasonably priced service. The seat mats were so smooth, I nearly slipped INSIDE of the car. I cannot explain how grateful I am for making this used car feel new again. I especially appreciate how accommodating they were to my sudden, tight schedule. Don't be skeptical that the company's titular adjective is pretentious; they live up to it well. Brilliant, indeed.
