Went through the wash and got a flat tire when I drove in and came off the tire rail. The owner immediately told me it was my fault because I drove onto the tire guides and didn't take any responsibility even though there is clearly a piece of metal that was exposed that caused the puncture. Very disappointed in not only his lack of taking responsibility but how he immediately got defensive telling me it happened because I didn't know how to drive and that I was on the phone (which I was not). But the truth is I had driven in hitting the rails like many people do all the time but it wouldn't have happened had the metal not been exposed like it was.

Absolutely horrible. Car is never clean. Last straw: Paid $10 for premium wash. Car came out still dirty. Went to go back through and worker refused to wash again. Will never go back. If you want clean car this is not the stop

Car wash did not do a good job at all. The rents was terrible. Still had soap all over my car and I wanted to tip the guy drying the cars but he used heavily wet towels and didn't even wipe it up or dried up. Good. Also they have free vacuums but only two of them work. The reason why I gave them two stars is because the price is decent. Not great but decent. But the wash was terrible. So I guess the actual value is not good despite the price

Don't waste your money here, especially on monthly passes. I moved here last year and got monthly pass from them and he's my experience for few months till I finally canceled it * cheaper than my prev one by $10 * does NOT clean the car well.. For some time one of their spinners wasn't working for long while. * I found them closed more often.. Usually before the close time. Also found out when there's slight rain or snowfall then don't open. Pathetic experience.
