some workers may be better than others....but this would definitely be a 5 star if they had every procedure down that they should go through when detailing the cars......interior was very nice compared to how I treat my car.but I pay 200 and my rear window didn't even get wipe down......let me rephrase that,most of my windows didn't get wiped down.incliding the windshield......i called in and they were quick to remedy the situation which was nice.......finally got home in that405 traffic on a Friday and I find out they forget to put one bag with my garage opener back in my car X( .....once again the rememdy....homeboy waited a hour and a half for me to get there....they did a good job but it is definitely over price be sure the area....i know some very cheap places that very well done a way better job however I would have to travel to the hood which is out of my way......if you go here you should defiently watch your car to make sure it will pass your very own inspection

The effort that was put into this, was amazing one hour and 20 minutes in the mall came out car looked brand new and happier than I've ever seen before 🙌...didn't get a chance to get his name, I had the 4 door lexus suv Champagne color. Definitely will be coming back, is all I can say thank you for this Beautiful experience.

I am very impressed with the level of service, and positive, friendly attitude towards customers that Promande car wash provided (something other carwashes in LA seem to be missing). I had very bad residue corroded into the hood of my car. Both myself and a different carwash were unable to remove the stains. However, the staff at Promenade were up to the task, and removed about 95% of the stain for me. An overall positive experience. UPDATE 3/2019: I just used Promenade’s at-home detailing service and Gabe did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail and level of care is so high, that he noticed small details to perfect that even I hadn’t noticed. Highly recommend. My car looks new again.

First time was really good but last 3 times I used services it was terrible. Owner is really nice guy but I got my car back in same condition that I left. They did not clean the interior. I tried to stay a loyal customer but I would choose to not clean car at all in this case.

This is the best car wash I have been to in Los Angeles, CA . My car was spotless - inside and out after after a visit to Keeley's. Ted was really nice and detail oriented.They have the nicest waiting room with wine, water and wireless. What else can you ask for. I will definitely take my car here again!

My car was a disaster when I brought it in to Promenade Car Wash & Spa. I was shocked at the outcome. It looked fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the areas in the interior that they cleaned, particularly between the seats and other "hard to get" spots. Customer service was impeccable and they stressed to me to bring the car back in if I found things that they missed.

Avoid — damaged my car. Paid $169 for a car polish and wax. Car came back with new micro swirls most likely caused by improper polishing (without first using a clay bar to decontaminate the car). These swirls did not exist prior to the detailing. The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did. UPDATE: Revising to two stars as the technician did eventually call me back, offering to fix it by polishing further (for 3pm the next day). However, he insisted that a clay bar was not needed before polishing, and the lack of a clay bar was not the reason for those new micro swirls. This is contrary to established practice, where decontamination by clay bar is routinely done before polishing so bonded contaminants don’t cause additional swirl marks. Clay bar is always recommended practice even for a Stage 1 polish. (Sadly, I had to learn this the hard way.) I am partly to blame for taking his word for it and not paying for the clay bar. But equally, I trusted him to know better than me — and not recommend a polish without a clay bar. I ended up declining the appointment to fix the issue, as I had by then lost confidence in his approach. I will be taking the car to another detailer and paying extra to remove these new micro swirls… He was a nice guy though, clearly with good intentions, and I wish him all the best.
