DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. Terrible car wash. Terrible customer service, it was a total mess. First off, i wasnt helped to get on the track And not only that but I was yelled at saying theyre going to close soon and to hurry uP. The car was barely vacuumed, the floormats were put in SOAKING WET. The car was BARELY wiped down with dirty towels and it all happened in 5 minutes "because they were closing". Dont accept any more customers at a certain hour if you arent going to provide them with the service you make your customers pay for. Here are pictures immediately after the wash.

Don’t even waste your time. I paid about $35 and they didn’t even vacuum my whole car, the didn’t clean the middle where you put the cups in, the don’t even clean your gas pedal or brake pedal

Quick service but definitely don't take any larger vehicles there. Looked decent when I gave it a quick once over after they dried it but I saw half the hood was still dirty as hell so they spot cleaned it. I didn't realize till I got home that they didn't even try to clean the roof. They left the wax pen on the interior driver window.

My car is a hatchback and they never clean under the back spoiler. I had to ask them to. Still a sloppy job. Also, I specifically asked for my trunk to be vacuumed, since they either don't do a good job or they don't touch it. There was still dirt in there. There was dirty water dripping from the back bumper. Car wasn't dried. Last time there were streaks on the windows I couldn't see anything when driving at night. I need to wait for the night fall to see how they did this time. Compartments between the seats weren't touched. I had to ask for that to be cleaned as well. Today it wasn't busy at all. I thought because I pay for the lowest rate that's why they don't do a great job. This time I payed for Platinum. No difference. I don't like giving negative reviews, but they are consistently horrible. After every car wash here I say I won't be coming back, but this time I had enough. I won't be back!

Paid over $35 for literally the WORST car wash I’ve ever gotten. I saw multiple guys go into my front and back seats and looked like they wiped everything down but as you can see from the pictures, most of it looks untouched. Similar thing happened last time but I thought maybe I’ll give them another shot since this used to be one of the best car washes around, not sure what happened to them. Will never return.

I’ve been paying for the Platinum Plus monthly membership ($75), and honestly the service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I bring my car, the exterior still has dirt spots and the interior never gets cleaned at all. I’ve spoken to the staff several times, and all I get is delays and excuses. What’s even worse is the difference in treatment. When they see a luxury car like a Range Rover or something expensive, suddenly everyone pays attention and the car gets special treatment. But when it’s a normal daily car—despite paying for the highest membership—they rush the job and barely touch the inside. This is unprofessional, inconsistent, and nowhere near what a “premium” membership should look like. If you’re paying for the top-tier plan, don’t expect top-tier service.

Went 8am Saturday to avoid the long weekend line for a regular Honda accord already fairly clean but I had been neglecting the carpet, windshield, and letting the tires get dirty from bumping the curb and street parking. They did a combination of automatic spraying and hand washing. You can never really tell if the automatic machine is using 100% Rain-X or high quality cleaning products like they say, but there is someone there in the tunnel scrubbing and that’s the real value. I had 4 or 5 employees total to thoroughly clean my regular commuter car in 15-20 minutes when the alternative would be doing a lesser job by myself. My car and the paint job still looks like a regular Honda but the $40 to hit all the main points was worth it as part of my regular maintenance.

I paid for the top-tier Premium Plus service, but honestly, I could’ve given a homeless guy five bucks and gotten a better wash. This was by far the worst car wash I’ve ever had—total waste of money and a terrible experience.

Just left this wash and it This has to be by far the worst hand car wash and overpriced to make matters worse , I’ve been here a few times it’s easier on Sundays for me bc it’s a hand car wash and they do NOT CLEAN ANYTHING , every single time I’ve been here and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but never again will I come here . I don’t know how it’s vacuumed but my floors are never vacuumed you still see the dirt the second you open the doors of my car. The rags leave horrible marks inside , the entire body from the outside has watermarks everywhere that make my car look just as dirty when I got there , windows from the outside still had dirty marks on them , this place is just a very very rushed wash , horrible , never again

I see a lot of negative comments in here and I honestly wonder what people expect from a extremely busy car wash and 32 dollars. I came today, on Saturday morning, at 7.50 am and there was already 3 cars in front of me. My truck was really dirty inside and outside. Plus I'm smoking in my car. I wish I had pictures before to show you. I paid $32 and I'm pretty satisfied how they did the job. They are working fast. They were already super busy but still my car looks 10 times better then it did. It's far away from great job but they did pretty good. Maybe I would feel differently if it was detailing but with a quick car wash. It's not bad for the money.

**update**. Tried again with my new vehicle. Still terrible. And clearly the reviews don’t mean anything. This place is for people who don’t mind tossing money away and just want some shiny tires. I have a bunch of spots that just weren’t even touched. (You can see the photos of the new white truck). $32 for garbage work. **UPDATE** Gave it another shot and it’s worse than before. I even mentioned it to the counter person and the answer I got was “I’m not the one to tell that stuff too” as she waiting for the register till that wasn’t even in yet. People lined up that couldn’t pay. They . Rush. Too much. Soaked my rubber mats with water for .01 seconds and then tossed them back in the jeep SOAKING WET to the point where I had to remove and dry my carpet later that day. (Thankfully jeep carpets pop out) Everything left dripping, water spots all over the windows, can’t tell if the inside was even touched, grill and bumpers look just like when I went in. Whoever the owner is NEEDS to step up and put some management outside and slow the guys down. This is not an almost $40 freaking dollar car wash. I expect this from an $8 automated wash. Unfortunately I come here cause I don’t know of another hand car wash conveniently on my way to work. They have the potential to do well. The scrub things like wheels by hand. But that seems to be it. I mean it can out of the dryer WITH SOAP STILL ON IT 🥴🤦🏻‍♂️ Really wish there was a force the owner to see this button. 3 times now not a good experience. I come here because it looks like a decent hand car wash on the way to work, but the $30+ price tag leaves much to be desired. They have the ingredients to be a top notch car wash but I’m not sure why they’re cutting corners and rushing vehicles out. I was there right before 8am not even busy yet. Dirt left on my vehicle, the inside looks like they took my rubber mats, sprayed them with a hose and tossed them back in the vehicle soaking wet to where my carpet caused condensation the next day cause the floor was wet. Not to mention they were still dirty and I couldn’t tell they did the interior. Windows still streaky and see photos attached for the outside, vehicle left dripping wet and some spots not even washed.

I came in today around 10 AM and paid for the Platinum wash ($40 — $44.36 after tax) to try out the service before deciding on the monthly unlimited plan. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. They left visible bird poop on my car and told me they couldn’t remove it. For a top-tier wash, that’s unacceptable …. what kind of car wash can’t handle that? I had even heard from others that after you get the membership, they don’t wash your car as well anymore, but I still wanted to give them a chance. After today’s experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. hope this helps some people.

I went today around 11:00am to get my car washed, place was super busy. I chose the platinum package expecting all the services to be performed accordingly. However, shortly after leaving I noticed that my dashboard nor the interior of my vehicle had been cleaned! It was still full of dust and the cup holder was still super dirty. I started to look closely at everything and the windows still had water spots! I understand it was busy but after having spent $60 after taxes, air freshener and tip, I was expecting to leave with my car clean! I had to go back and ask for the inside to be cleaned and even after asking the windows were still dirty and the inside still needed vacuuming.
