If I could take stars away from the rating that would be more appropriate. BEWARE, equipment in the self service bays are not maintained appropriately. (In my opinion) Brush hoses drag along the ground and get imbedded with rocks, sand, etc. I recently pulled through in a BRAND NEW CAR and while attempting to brush the grime from the weather off my tires and wheels, the rock and sand embedded rubber hose attached to the brush proceeded to scratch deep scratches that went all the way into the primer in several locations around my vehicle, pretty much in every location where the hose came into contact with my vehicle. When contact was made with the company, negligence of the hoses dragging on the ground was denied. They also tried to insinuate the scratches were already on my vehicle before I used the bay. I was advised using the self service bays were at users discretion, in other words, user beware, so I return the warning to anyone using this facility, USE DISCRETION, user beware. I had just moved to town and the $100’s-$1000’s over the next decades will be spend elsewhere.

Great carwash, very convenient. The automatic wash was a bit pricey but self service wash was very reasonable. Was able to wash the car and spot-free rinse ⁰with time to spare for $2.00.

Used the north location Friday and the brush handle leaked and stained my hand pink. Decided to try the south location today on the truck. There was no tire/wheel cleaner. The washing hose leaks up to and drops soap on you. And the brush leaks soap on your hands. I’d invest in some thread tape or just do some maintenance…

Went through the automatic car wash and spent $12. When wash was done, I still had remains of bugs all over the hood and front of my truck. 2nd time this has happened. For me I will have to remember to wash my vehicles before I get to town.

Charged $20 for a $10 car wash, called them, their automated message explains why the $20 charge, but it's been 5 days and they still have the $20. I will never use them again, in the day and age we are in they need to update their systems to avoid having to charge people like this.

After a $15 automatic car wash my truck was still dirty. Streaks on the side and windows from soap scum. When we were at the exit there is No Room to get out. We had to back up after almost hitting the exit signs. The old water spews out of the exit so then we had to drive threw moldy mud and water as we just tried to clean the truck inthe first place. The water literally runs out into the field next door to them. It's disgusting. Don't waste your money

I was in the wash bay presoaking my wheels and washing off bugs before going into the automatic wash when I got back into my car (putting a white hand towel down to absorb water)when I noticed thick black grease all over my freshly clean white shoes and getting a grease stain on my carpet. I now have to have my SRT8 cleaned. The management has yet to call me back. Better maintenance is needed at this property. At least wash out your wash bays. You can tell the old owners are gone.

The picture is me rubbing it with two fingers down the hood after. Everything has been made right, I was given a code to redo it,I haven't used it yet because of the weather but it was explained to me that I may have been expecting to much performance from the wash because I could have had a film on my car which was highlighted by the wash and I should have used the foam brush before. I think that may resolve the problem and the owners email to me and the code to wash it again satisfied my issue. Very professional and helpful.

The owners keep this car wash well maintained and clean. I've used both the automatic and manual bays. For tough bugs/dirt manual wash works best. Automatic has 4 levels ranging from $8-15. Vacuums do a great job. I've been using this car wash for over 5 years.

This place has been around for a long, long time. First they put one in in the lower part of smithville, and then they put one in across from quick. 20 years ago and my father helped build the last call for the automatic car. Wash always kept very clean let alone our cars.
