I deducted three stars for not drying properly and leaving soap on my car. I parked my car in the garage afterward and the soap was still dripping, and the whole garage smells of potent chemicals. This is my third time, and it happens every single time. I am not sure whether the car wash is long enough to take the soap off and dry it properly. Both my wife and I were in the car and were commenting on how fast we were going through and how there would be no time to wash the soap off and dry it properly. And there wasn't. Sorry but unless something changes, I cannot recommend this car wash. Mike's Car Wash does a much better job and the time spent going through their tunnel seems a lot longer.

*update* I wanted to update my review to 3 stars based solely on customer service. While my wiper did break after going through the car wash, since I posted this review I had someone respond to this review and reach out to me on social media to try to fix the issue. Any company that demonstrates this level of customer service especially these days goes a long way. While I personally won’t go back I can see why some people would knowing that if something happens this company will work with you to resolve your issue. Thanks Was a monthly member but first month using the car wash it broke my rear window wiper. I have a brand new car (2023). Took it to the dealer and dealer said I wasn’t the only one this has happened to. I would advise to use a touch-less car wash, I know I will in the future.

When we had the monthly plan it was very good. Since then one of the employees signed us back up and we can't get anyone to answer a phone or call back from the voicemail. We have gone to the Prestige and each time some young employee writes my information and no one calls. Update: My partner Ingrid called yesterday and sent an email.

Went thru the wash and don’t know what happened except u wasn’t moving for 15 seconds and knew I was getting ready to get it. So I tried everything to get out and got hit in the back. Got a call from the ma after who said after reviewing the tapes I shifted in reverse now why in the hell would I shift in reverse. I was trying to shift to drive to move. The guy that got me from behind also said he was unable to move but according to the owner was my fault. What a joke. Also found out they were charging me for two memberships and I only have one car. Scam artists stay away

Over the past 3 months I have left voicemails & have been up to the car wash in person to leave my info to call me because Im being charged for a monthly membership that I did not sign up for. Even though every time Ive beem in Im told by the young men in the shop that the owner will call me back right away, but he never calls me. Prestige car wash just continues to charge my card $38 a month and will not stop. This is criminal & Im getting prepared to take legal action at this point.

I have always had a good experience. Monthly membership makes it easy to get in and out fast. The wash is always great. Vacuums are powerful and easy to reach everything. I always bring soft towels to touch up the last few drops and give the rims a little extra attention, but it's a fantastic wash for the cost and speed.

If you have a car over 10 yrs older do not go here worst experience ever... my louvers came off my 1992 camaro these are the original louvers $500+ I've been thru automatic car washes alot with this car and the owner said if the car is 10 yrs or older he can't do anything... didn't even offer my money back

I will not be using this car wash again! I had bought my BMW 3 series only 6 weeks ago and signed up for their monthly membership. I put a ceramic coating on my car the first day I got it and have only either hand washed my car myself or gone here so I know how my car looked before the photos below. I took my car here two days ago and drove home and saw all the scratches on the truck and hood circled in red. I called to speak to a manager and all they could do for me is say their equipment doesn't create marks like this, gave me a detailers number and canceled my membership. No remorse or offering to pay a portion of the detailing to fix all the scratches. I definitely wouldn't recommend taking your car here and will not be giving them my business any longer.

I paid for a prestige platinum and was ran through on basic wash. I pointed it out to one of the attendants and they let me go through again, not on platinum but silver. Not satisfied and I wish they just gave me the service I paid for. There’s tons of streaks and spots. I was hoping for a better experience since I am at Costco weekly and this would have been great to add to my routine.

Went through the car wash today and it completely destroyed the paint job on my brand new car. When I told them about it, I received a call back the next day and the owner said they take no accountability whatsoever and tried to say it was me using their vacuums (that’s not true because I never used them because they have zero pressure) then told me pretty much I should go ahead and get an attorney and good luck. There’s no doubt it was 100% the wash that did it. Unless you want your brand, new car ruined, and the company to hold no responsibility whatsoever I would definitely not use this car wash. There’s a million car washes out there, don’t risk your expensive car to a car wash that won’t even offer to get your car buffed if something happens.

Went through the cash wash and it chipped my paint and light. It was clean but not worth it. I appreciate your response but there was nothing wrong with our tail light. We actually have 5 other scratches across the truck, each 1-3". We usually wash the truck ourselves so I am very aware of the paint condition prior to coming through. I realize accidents happen but the damage this caused is pretty unfortunate. I do see other reviews now noting similar scratches. You have many great reviews as well so I'm guessing I was one of the unlucky few, but I would want to be aware of the possibility if I took the time to go through reviews in advance :)

Trying to get wet concrete out of the wheel wells and they were completely useless and unhelpful. Car was still dirty after 20 dollar wash and female manager denied us another trip through. So much for being a car wash. Will never be back again.. do not recommend

I decided to try this car wash because it's located very close to my current residence and my favorite place is a considerable drive. The free vacuum is a huge plus also.The Drive up Self Service Kiosk was very simple to use and quickly we were getting our wash. I'm somewhat disappointed at the results. My Wrangler wasn't really that dirty. Not sure what was left on my driver's side window but it easily came off. The wheels did not get clean like my favorite place does. If not for those things I would give e 4 or 5 stars. I am sharing pics.

Took my car to Prestige to clean off the salt from the snow. It was nice to have 2 people scrubbing the car in order to get off the tough spots. I chose the service including wax. Exterior looks great and shiny. I’ll return next time my car needs a wash.

Ran our 2021 jeep wrangler through Prestige car wash on Brownsboro Rd Friday and received extensive damage. I heard the mechanism strike the jeep near the end of the wash and rinse, just as I was heading into the blower section. It bent my license plate holder flat and ripped my left tail light off completely, breaking the mounting bracket that attaches the light to the body. There were minor scratches as well around the light well. I immediately found an employee and filed a "report" which she wrote down on a notepad, and received the manager's name (Drew) and phone number and told I'd receive a call the next day. Since we were planning to drive the jeep to an event out of state Thursday of the next week, I called the manager Drew Saturday around 11 am. He seemed extremely annoyed that I was given his "personal" cell number and wanted me to know he was at the UofL game and not at work, and that someone would call me on Monday. I explained to him I needed the issue to be resolved quickly due to our planned trip, but he didn't seem to care. My wife then called the car wash and spoke to an employee who told us the owner, Billy would call us Sunday. He didn't call until Monday, and that was only to tell us that because the bumper on the Jeep is not original that the damage wasn't their fault. 1. the bumper does not stick out any more than the factory bumper 2. the spare tire mounted on the back sticks out further than the bumper and has never been struck on previous washes, at this car wash or at others. We've ran this jeep, as is, through this car wash many times without issue. They simply don't want to admit that their system could have malfunctioned. Read the other complaints here and you'll see a pattern from the management. All I'm asking for it to be treated fairly. I'm out of pocket $200, which equates to 10 car washes at the premiere level price, which is what we always use. I'm sure we will not hear back from Drew or Billy, but if this review keeps someone else from going through their car wash and receiving damage that it was worth my time to post it. Sadly, the wash didn't even get my Jeep clean! REPLY to Prestige: While I will say I was surprised that Prestige replaced the tail light bracket and got it to me in time for our trip, it hardly made up for the entirety of the damage to my jeep. I had to replace the tail light as well and there were several deep scratches in the body from the damage. In my conversations with the owner he never admitted any fault on their part and maintained it was my fault because of my “modified” Jeep. Needless to say we won’t be back to Prestige Car Wash.

Common. Credit card machine only works 50% of the time, there are no towels and no cleaning chemicals. All for the same price of competitors that offer those benefits. They do offer free vacuumes but some of those are questionable too. I wish most all business owners the absolute best, but this one isn't there for the customers. The proof is in the pudding....

I had an issue (I thought) with my car not being washed after getting through the machine. The owner came rushing in and ran my car through several times. Trying to get it off only for us to find out that it was actually cement all over the side of my car. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help make sure I was happy and that my car was as clean as they could get it. Which it was after running it through three times. I will return and I'm very grateful for how hard and quickly they worked to help me resolve the problem.
