This place has gone down hill! Used to be great, but now it's sad.... Definitely do not get the while nine yards, complete waste of money! The last 3 times of come here iver been extremely dissapapointed! $40 dollars and I'm now having to go down the street to a do it yourself car wash. They just lost a customer who has been coming here for 20 years....

Friendly staff, but the cleaning was minimal. I pointed out to an employee that the cup holders weren’t clean. He said that the marks couldn’t be removed . Also, the upper edges of the front door windows had a significant dirt line. Several pens were found between the front seats . I was able to remove the soiled areas , when I returned home, with Mrs Meyer’s multi-surface cleaner ! I was charged $32 for the car wash. I’m quite disappointed!

I have a monthly membership and have posted before. First of all, it never recognizes my plate so I have to have someone come out and type in my plate. Secondly, they do not do much for bug removal before going into bay. Also, more often than not the wheel dressing isn’t applied. Very rarely do I have that when I leave. For $32 per month I expect more

I just left spending $27 for full service car wash. The front bumper looks like it was never touched. My interior side paneling was still dirty. As I was driving off had to tell the guy it was not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible job on the inside of my vehicle. I have had good service previously. They've always done a good job. Today was different. The floor on the drivers side was half-assed vacumned. The dash wash wasn't clean. The console still had crap around the gear shift. The windshield was streaked. When I tried to talk to the guy with the eag in his hand, he looked like he wasn't understanding me. I paid 32 dollars for this! I still had to go to another carwash and do it myself. Never again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience at Prestige Car Wash in Middletown was absolutely horrible. After paying for my car wash, I was stopped as I was about to leave because they claimed I hadn’t paid. They literally stopped me from driving out and treated me like I was trying to steal a car wash. It was beyond disrespectful and embarrassing. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, the staff were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER come back here again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. 🤮

Came in today & got the top notch wash & super disappointed. Brought my brand new car in which wasn’t really dirty on the inside..Floor mats were still wet & hasnt been wiped down dry, only interior that had been wiped was the doors which left streaks. Outside of car still dripping wet as if nothing had been wiped dry. Paid a pretty penny for a horrible job. Used to be a good car wash but I Won’t be back.

Not friendly. Didn’t vacuum under seat and when I pointed it out to the guys wiping it down at the exit they said I’d have to go back through. How can you possibly do that on Shelbyville road with all the traffic. They should have hand held vacuums so if something gets missed they can take care of it. Better yet have the guys that vacuum do a better job.

It is the worse experience that I never had. They not even vaccinated the car, the tires they were completely dirty and they charge me 32 dollars for nothing. The interior was filthy. I can keep writing all day about this prestige car wash but the prestige they have nothing.

I paid $28 for the whole nine yards and more because I had some left over flower petals from my daughters wedding and some dirt from my dogs on the seat. Needless to say when I went to get in my car I had to get a towel to wipe some of it off, which they told me they would spray and wipe but I highly doubt that happened. The back was never wiped down and they said that is included, he even showed me that they would wipe down the sides but obviously as you can tell that didn’t happen. Disappointed to say the least.

Very friendly staff and a job well done! I got the whole nine yards. I thought it was fairly priced for all it included. The only complaint was how long it took. I was there a little over an hour. I will say they were busy when I came. So stop by when your not in a rush to be anywhere.

5:30 Sat. 10/19, Horrible car wash, rude people, guy that checked us in, baseball cap about 4 ft 3 in tall very rude impersonal get rid of him everybody there was rude... Girl at register was nice. One guy was great -tall thin African American He's a keeper, hard worker. My second star was for him. I tried to just tip him and he insisted on putting it in the damn bucket. Then the baseball cap came out and gathered up all the cash from the bucket what a travesty. AND, I paid extra for tire shine, no tire shine!! lots of other choices when it comes to car washes, go somewhere else.....

Prestige car wash on Shelbyville Road may not have the glitzy look of the newer car washes in town, but it is absolutely the best. For around $30 you can get a thorough exterior and interior cleaning, hand drying and tire shine. All windows are cleaned both inside and outside, interior surfaces wiped down, thorough vacuuming of all areas, including with the front mats pulled out and washed. For a few dollars more, you can get the rear mats pulled out as well. Service is friendly and courteous. They have done my truck with all sorts of barn debris and dog hair without batting an eye. I have been a loyal customer there for over 30 years and would not even consider going anywhere else!

I got the most expensive one and added $20 for additional cleaning inside etc. Not worth $52 at all. I don't see a shine on my tires. Windows are streaky. I had to go over place missed on the dash when I got home and wipe down the control screen. Did I pay for an actual detail? No. I would expect a little better care be taken for $52 when it took *maybe* 10 minutes total.

Bought the highest end full-service package. Ended up having to come back due to missed spots on the window cleaning. More streaks on the glass than when I came in. The plastic interior treatments left the surfaces sticky and intermittently glossy. The touchscreen now shows fingerprints where it did not before. Good work otherwise on the interior!

Horrible detail work. Do not waste your $35 for the whole nine yards and then some. I literally had to ask e different guys to go back and clean my seats and doors.. they also used a dirty towel that streaked so they had to redo everything again. I actually ended up driving back to speak with the manager and he re-vacuumed and I took a towel to wipe my car down. 😒🙄
