The amount of time they spend doing the work is extensive and they are the definition of meticulous--honestly, they earned every penny. Additionally, it turns out that Clay is a master mechanic with a specialty in German performance vehicles--I asked him to do some rear end work for me and that one job has evolved into a great working relationship (for any part of the car). He is the best mechanic I've found in town and I've been getting Audi wagons worked on in Bend for over 20 years.
