Our car was traveling down the automated track system when the system failed causing our car to stop moving. The car behind us eventually moved up enough to hit our car twice and cause damage to the rear bumper. The staff agreed to what happened saying it happens often but said there wasn’t anything they could do for us. The manager was extremely unprofessional, refused to give us any information on the owner of the car wash or any insurance information. We will be filing a civil suit with the car wash for the damages. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

vacuums work maybe 5% of the time, this place could be so much better if they just staff it correctly. what you pay for seems to work. potholes the size of craters. This place is going really downhill.

Bought a $12 car wash. What a waste of money. They “upgraded” their equipment and it obviously doesn’t work. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

I have been to many different car washes in all kinds of different cities and this one by far is definitely at the top of my list of favorites. The workers are always so kind to me, and my kids (which is very important to me). They are always thorough with the pre wash/spray. I love they provide drying towels for after. The free vacuuming is a major plus. They offer so many different selections. There's literally a wash for every kind of person. They also do the rainbow sprays which is awesome for everyone. I have and will recommend.

This car wash is extremely expensive and does not do a very good job.

This may very well be the worst Carwash I have ever been too. Tried several times to contact an owner but employees can’t give you any contact info. Aside from the free vacuums, my vehicles come out dirtier than when they went in. Almost always there is at least one of the rollers that don’t work in the wash. I have never tried the touch free one to be fair but that is because the employees say the other one is better. Hope they use better soap and water to help make sure cars actually get clean in the future. The only good thing this was good for is salt in the winter.

Free vacuums that are okay, decent carwash but not the absolute best, still had to dry off the car and rub out the hazy areas. Not real personal. But it is Plymouth, so unless you have a Tesla don't expect much.

Great wash when it's working, touchless lane is often down. One of the employees also doesn't get what the escape lane is for and thinks is motorcycle parking.

Ok car wash. Towels and free vacuum. Available brushless. Lost a wheel cap on my Vette and knocked my license plate off my Jeep. Don't recommend it for convertibles but if you wipe the car down after the wash with the free towels,it will be pretty clean.

Not at all impressed with the $15 Touch Free wash.. I’m fully aware that a touch-free may not be able to get all the dirt and certain areas will surely need extra attention, but the wash seemed very sluggish, no lights turning on to indicate what phase of the cycle I was in, and the rinse didn’t even get the soap off the car... Beware, not worth spending the extra $$

** Update ** DO NOT use this carwash at all. I previously posted a review (pictures below) where the standard wash gouged my rims. I have since only used the touchless wash and it is total hit and miss. Most recently, the spray bars didn't clear the rear of my car and dragged across the back leaving scratches and gouges in the bumper and hatch.

I've gone multiple times hoping it will be better but it's not. I leave with soap still covering the mirrors and entire back of my Jeep every time. It doesn't get all of the dirt off either, my back window still has visible dirt where the car wash didn't even touch.

They just destroyed my roof rack on my truck. I have a membership and tried cancelling and it was impossible. The website couldn't find my membership and the number to the business doesn't work. Had to call my card company to block future payments. Go somewhere else, there over priced anyways. Or at least don't get a membership because they won't let you cancel.

Went through with an extremely dirty truck. Both gentlemen at the power washers spent some extra time with it before sending me through the wash to make sure all the caked-on mud was cleaned off the rims and side steps. Outstanding service, will be returning!

I drive a red MX-5 with a Louisiana plate. I have left only a handful of reviews ever. Je suis facile 😀. Reasons for this unsatisfactory review: - I have a monthly plan. With this plan, I have a sticker on the inside of my windshield that should be read each time I enter the wash, once per day. As others have likely noticed, this sticker is not always read correctly. This is not okay. As a business, ask yourselves WHY is this the case. Find a solution that works for all customers ALL of the time. - I pay for the car wash to work 100% of the time. That said, I WOULD BE FINE with the occasional sticker-on-windshield misread IF the staff were around to attend to my scanning problems. I have found myself driving through the facility after having been unable to reach the staff inside or around the wash. - Furthermore, when attempting to flag down staff, I have been YELLED at for leaving my vehicle in line unattended. This is NOT a good business model. This is NOT what earning customers looks like. If you want me to stay in my car, please…please get your machine to work. Every time. Under all conditions. Let’s pose a solution. What if…customers were given wash cards to use upon the purchase of a monthly plan. This way, customers have the option to swipe for a wash using the card (connected to their monthly plan) should the machine not read correctly. THIS IS PROVEN. I spend much of the year in Massachusetts. Indeed, I frequent a car wash there that provides excellent service. It’s 24/7, there are multiple bays. To my point, I have a physical wash card with them. I have NEVER had to flag down someone or hold up a car wash line because of a machine error. This allows me the freedom to wash whenever I do choose. This is a good model. Please, please, I hope this helps someone to make some decisions, either on where to spend their money, or how to run their business. For now, I will turn elsewhere and I suggest others do the same.

For a $16.00 “manager special” wash I’m very disappointed. All four of my rims are still very dirty, no one dries your car off with a towel (have to do it yourself), can barely see any shine on my tires if any, I could go on. I can spend $12.00 at my local car wash and get MUCH better results. Don’t do the manager special, it’s a waste of money.

Can't complain for $20/month unlimited car washes. Vacuums work well and they also have rags and spray bottles of cleaner for the interior.

They are currently called Pure Car Wash. This location has both touch and touch free car wash service. I regularly use touch free for my car here, it’s decent but lately the soap spray is not uniform and so is the washing spray. It leaves a bit of a soap residue regardless of the type of wash you choose. It keeps you wanting for more but is decent for regular quick washes. Soap is strong and can remove day old bugs easily. Drying time depends on the wash type you choose, more time for expensive plan. The car detection system works seamlessly for those who have unlimited plan. They have free vacuum and towels. Vacuum suction is one of the best in the 25 miles region. The towels are not washed and dried properly. It has dirt and is wet defeating the purpose of using them. They have also made towels thinner and smaller so now you need tens of them to dry the car. Really disappointed with the change. The location lacks air spray which other new car wash locations have started providing, useful for cleaning engine bay. Overall a good car wash. Will definitely recommend for touch less experience.

I want to love this place for the convenience but the vacuums are not the greatest. The monthly car wash deal is worth it, one montly price for unlimited washes. But the wash itself also not the greatest. The staff is friendly. It kinda evens the pros and cons but I'm really not wanting to say anything horrible about this place.
