Hear me out. I needed tires replaced on my electric scooter. More complex than your usual car tire replacement let alone a bike tire. Due to wiring that needs removed and a whole bunch of OTHER STUFF. After calling a certain bike speciality shop and numerous mechanic shops- let's just say they weren't Gung Ho about taking on the task at hand. Calling Premier Tires and Auto was literally my last ditch effort. Though, it dawned on me if I had the tools and took the time to learn the rest (DIY), I could start my own busine$$ LOL. BUT that Wasn't necessary! The owner (Lamar) said "sure bring it in!". SIGHT UNSEEN! Mission accomplished! Basically what I'm saying is most businesses stick to the tried and true. That's not always a good thing. Premier Tires went all the way in and the end result is we all came out victorious! I'll be a customer for life. Next time I go back IT WILL BE 4 work needed w my CAR!! The passion they possess is what's missing from alot of these so called "businesses" FOH!! 💯

Upon the discovery of a flat tire in the morning before work, this is the third business I had contacted trying to locate a good used tire for my BMW I came here. While it was not the cheapest price I had found, the quality/shape of the tire and the prompt and speedy service was well worth the extra money. I will certainly be back. They also do tire repair, brake repair and other services.

This place has always been the most fair and lowest price for used tires. If you are in a pinch and need to pass inspection, you can trust these tires to get through. Some of the negative reviews need to be taken in context. One complained about being misled on price. But they wanted a specific brand of tire. The prices marked clearly say "and up". So yes, a 16-inch used tire maybe $40 unless you asked specifically for a Michelin or Firestone. Then it may be higher than that per tire. I have never had an issue with the tires or these guys. So go ahead and give them a shot, you'll be satisfied.

Exceptional Customer Service! Exceptional Service of Vehicle & Unbeatable Pricing (My total cost for service at Premier was only approximately half of the cost that I had been quoted by several other York County garages when requesting an estimate for cost of the same exact service)! My experience with Premier Tires & Auto excelled any/all expectations! I will definitely use this garage again for future vehicle service needs! Due to the typical high cost for vehicle repair; there have been many times in the past where I neglected having necessary repair work completed until no other option existed…..(the car completely broke down, was no longer drivable, became extremely unsafe, and/or continued driving actually created even more damage & additional repairs to be required. Now that I have found Premier Tires & Auto; For the first time in my life, I i can actually afford to have the recommended maintenance & preventive service performed on my vehicle ( and even without the worry of having to sell a kidney / other bodily organ, in order for me to come up with enough money to pay the garage bill! I was on my way home from a late night at work and my tire blew. I was skidding from left to right. Finally after about 20 seconds that felt like an eternity my car settled and I changed my tire. I had a very busy day the next morning so I called around to several local tire spots. Most of the big name stores couldn’t even fit me in. None of the local used tire shops had my size. Until I called Premier. When I called I was greeted professionally. The technician promptly searched for my requested size and said he had it in stock. He had different grades of tread for the price which I was cool. I went with the grade A tire. The tread was pretty spectacular honestly. I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. By the time I swiped my Instagram feed 2 times I was done. The tire rides great. They will definitely get my business again.

I needed to get my car prepared for inspection and Jared and his staff took excellent care of my car needs, mainly tires and recommending additional work once thoroughly inspected. He took the time to explain and when I asked questions, he took the time to answer my questions so I could determine what I needed to do with getting the repairs. I went here today for a tire after another shop tried to overcharge me. Lamar was very polite and the tire looked good. The work was done quickly by another gentleman who also was polite. There was another gentleman working there that took my payment who was also polite. Overall it was a positive experience due to a negative situation. Very skilled, clear price transparency and quick service turnaround. These gents provided top tier customer service. Not only did they tolerate my blabbering about life, the owner Lamar chimed in. Jarrod (hope I spelled correctly), is a wizard. I visited FOUR tire and auto places for what I consider a basic skill in the trade, removing locked lugs.
