I had been looking for protectors to go on each vehicle door behind the handles so when I opened a door, I wasn't scratching the paint. I didn't want to order them online. I was given the name of Premier Detailing so I stopped in and they were able to help me. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I brought my vehicle in and waited. It only took a few minutes for them to install them for a great price. Cheaper than another place that quoted me $50 per door handle. My Silverado is 10 years old and the factory undercoating needed a refresh. I used Premier auto detailing under coating service and after inspection it looks as if they did a perfect job. Nothing missed, everything was correctly covered. While they had my truck, I decided to have a liner sprayed in the bed also ; again perfect job. I would definitely recommend them. Premier Auto Detailing exceeded my already very high expectations today. I’ve known of Premier and respected owner Donte Wilburn for years because of his strong reputation and the way he gives back to our community, so I naturally expected great work—but my experience today was truly jaw dropping. Johnny Quiñones gave me a ride back to work after I dropped off my car. He is so kind, humble, and others-focused. He affirms the kind of team Donte has built. When my car was finished, Mike picked me up and he was also so pleasant and easy to talk with. Then I met Bianca, who walked me through everything she did for my car. She truly detailed my car with incredible attention and care. She cleaned areas I assumed were just permanently dirty in every car, and now my vehicle genuinely looks and feels like new. I’m tempted to offer people rides just so they can see how clean my car is, and I’m seriously considering never eating a taco in this car again. The actual service done was okay on the body. I got the ceramic coating. First they said it recommend 3-4 hours for the initial cure, then when I was there to pickup and it had just been applied and was given the go ahead. Unclear communication and requirement boundaries set. If it needs the time to cure then make that a requirement. Stand behind your work and the care it needs afterwards. I would also have liked better email communication, examples / pickup time, quote and receipt, details about warranty(lacking documentation) I noticed not all bare spots were hit on the undercoating which was the thing I really wanted done. Because all the darn salt Indiana uses. Most of it was coated. I also don't not claim to be any sort of expert on detailing or undercoating. 3 stars for the benifit of the doubt. I liked this place but unfortunately I do not think I can recommend it after spending nearly 1500$

Not gonna lie, there are cheaper places in town… but… if you want to know for sure it’s going to be done RIGHT and look perfect, go here. I’ve had window tint installed and it’s been flawless for a couple of years now. Have had my car detailed a few times and I’m always totally impressed by their work. They do the work in the time it says it will take and I’ve never gotten my car back and thought anything other than “Wow! Worth it!”
