The car wash was not maintained well. Full of mud and rocks, so the debris on the floor splashed up on my clean car, of course, defeating the purpose.

Charges $10 for any transaction i can prove with statements. Hoses leak water and pressure is weak. Avoid

2 of the stalls don't work with quarters. The ones that don't work have nothing warning you not to waste your money

Went to the car wash to spray my wheels off and when I was down I stopped it and it told me my charge was $4.50 but took $10 out. Would like half my money back atleast!!

This is the second time the card readers would charge me $10 of using less than 5 minutes of time washing my car!!!!! When done the machine even said I was being charged less than $4! Ridiculous!!! Answer your phone and fix this issue!!!

I swiped my card and cleaned my car. When I was done it said $4.50 has been charged to my card and I looked at my bank and it charged me $10. Never got refunded for the over charge.

The car wash part was good but don’t use the vacuums here. When I turned one on it smelled horrendous like the vacuum hadn’t been emptied out in a long long time. That smell stuck in my car as well since I used the vacuum in it. Plus the vacuum hose was covered in this oily dirt that got all over me and my clothes.

Leaving a poor review because I read the other reviews and MADE SURE I used the machine correctly. It still charged me 10 dollars when it shouldn't have been that big of a charge and on top of that, the two leftmost stations leak water from the ceiling and handle of sprayer.

I hate coming to this car wash yet I often find myself here... any product you select takes at least 10 to 20 seconds to come out and if it does it's usually very minimal amount. The hose is covered in gross greasy grime do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash.

Go somewhere else to wash your vehicle. It ate $6 worth of quarts. We then changed stalls and it finally worked until the water shut off half way through the wash leaving us with soap all over our car. We ended up driving home and rinsing our vehicle off at home. I would just spend the extra money and go to JetSplash. For the short time the power washer worked it was great but I recommend whoever runs this place spend the same amount of money on your coin receiver and card swiping as you do on security cameras.

Always out of soap or other issue. Try leave a comment on the suggestions number but no reply. They will rip you off. I going to make the drive across town to a more reliable car wash instead of throwing money away.

Go elsewhere to wash your vehicle. Mud in the bays, piled high, washers dont work or the quarter machine takes all of your quarters. After letting them know, there is no conversation left. They will just take your money with no offer for a refund

Had issues with the last stall it took like $4 or $5 with not service. There was a number on the side door that I text and complained about it the got back to me with in a couple of hours and I asked for a refund and I got the refund in a fast manner. I would go back to use this carwash again maybe I not use that last stall but I'd go back.
