If you want an attitude from an owner then don’t waste your time visiting this place or just hope you never have to deal with the owner. Just read the most recent response from him you will get his image and the type of personality he has and how he deals with his customers complaints. “Why you guys keep coming back if we provide such a bad service” wow that is the most childish and immature thing i have heard come from a business. After reading your response i am definitely not visiting your place or referring anyone to you. All thanks to the way you replied to your disturbed customer because that is where professionalism kicks in and that is where customer service comes into play and you failed in both, But hey all is learning you will get there eventually but for now your manners or professionalism is not there yet.

Been coming to this location for three years now, since before it changed ownership from Lusso to Posh. The service is just as excellent as before— and when they have two people working on a car, it goes quicker! Everyone I’ve met here has been Super friendly as well which really makes a difference. Had my truck tinted from here .. was moving and scrapped a little piece came back to get repaired was told its not under warranty and i have to pay and schedule appointment .. will not be recommending this place to anyone .

Best work I’ve ever had done on a sports car. Their attention to detail in the repaint, paint correct, and ppf process is unmatched. It’s the only place I’d go to in the western side of the states if I’m looking for excellent work done in the cosmetic car world.

We went in to get a quote for 2 identical Camry’s, one needing the dealer tint removed and the other not needing removal. For context, one of the cars has already been taken in on a separate occasion for a quote for this exact service, removal of dealer tint and application of new UV blocking tint. On our first visit we had been quoted for $450 for tint. We agreed on the price of service and set up a date for the appointment, due to unfortunate circumstances of needing to cancel on our end, we had to request the refund of the deposit we left on that day. When we called the store to request our deposit to be returned, they said refunds were not allowed. That disclaimer was not on the receipt and it was not said to us a single time. After back and forth, they returned the money minus the price of a car wash they did for us which i thought would be a nice gesture to leave some business for the inconvenience caused by our unfortunate circumstance change. That brings us to this occasion, we come in asking for a bundle quote for both of these identical cars which was quoted at $450, including windshield for both cars and the removal on the other Camry was quoted at $150. Which was already $50 over the initial quote from the first visit.) I politely asked the receptionist to do their best price since we are bundling two cars. After he called the owner or GM (surely the same guys who dealt with our refund situation) he came back out with the quote now being $450 for each car but now the tint removal for one is $350, plus $450 in tint application totaling to $800. WOW! The owner clearly kept a grudge on that refund occasion like that deal meant the world to him. Clearly he is not very business minded individual and he lost bit of a business there. I felt bad for him and also time was wasted on our side. I thought it was worth writing all this so people can read and make their own judgement and take it from there before heading to this place.

Gotta get that ceramic coating next. ———————————— Formerly Lusso, now it’s POSH Auto Spa & Design. Justin is still there (thank goodness). Met Marty today, cool guy 🤙🏼 They offer more service now under new management which include, ceramic coating and wraps. There’s actually water in the fridge now too! Justin still does an amazing job. Always leave my car immaculately clean. No random water spots or messy window streaks. My wash + spray wax is now $63?? Worth it! Thank you!

Best detail shop in Las Vegas, hands down. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and the service, quality, and price point is incredible. They always do a flawless job and they really take care of all their customers. I usually just do a regular wash but decided to check out their paint correction and ceramic coating service. I was blown away by the results, the car looks better than when it left the dealership lot. If you’re in the Vegas area and care about your car, this is the spot.

I took my car in for repair of scratches and interior and exterior detailing. I was not impressed with the repair of most of the scratches as they are still pretty noticeable and my car truly looked no better than when I take it for a regular car wash. Several areas were missed or not cleaned properly like my front bumper, inner console and arm rest. They forgot to wipe off about a third of the area of my windshield glass with whatever they used to clean it so I’m left with steaks from that. I had been in contact with someone who I believed to be the owner via text message prior to bringing in my car. I sent him these pictures taken right after and did not get any response. Especially for the price I paid, I’m not satisfied with the quality or customer service I received. Friends of mine spoke very highly of the place and have only had good experiences, but mine unfortunately was not and no resolution was offered to fix it either.
