They did a great job. Our Subaru looks better than new inside. You cannot tell that we have 2 golden retrievers that routinely ride in this car. They went the extra mile took the seats out so that they could get all the french fries from underneath the drivers and passenger seat. Love love love the work they did. After a company (which shall remain unnamed) sprayed road paint all over my new car, Colby conscientiously removed it and brought my car back to looking brand new! When the company, (that shall remain unnamed) became antagonistic , verbally abusive and threatened not to pay the invoice, Colby took it into his own hands and dealt with the owner of the company directly. First time using Porter Detailing. I was referred to them from Tom at M-Tech who services my Triumph (big shout out to M-Tech for their service and Professionalism). Colby at PD was quick to reply to my texts and calls and great energy when I dropped off my Triumph. I’ve owned this bike for about 5 years and it’s my first time having her detailed. I was very impressed (understatement) when I picked her up. Colby did an outstanding job with her. My rims and the chrome pieces sparkled and he the painted surfaces look like new. Colby is super friendly and provided amazing customer service. The quality of work he provided was outstanding, especially for the cost. I had my windows and mirrors ceramic coated, washed the inside of the windows, gorilla tape and bumper sticker residue removed, and the whole car washed. This is the cleanest I’ve ever seen this car and I can’t imagine what a full detail will be like.
