Great experience with Michael Bowers at Porsche Bend. I'm in Washington State but the Porsche Bend dealer had just the car I wanted coming in. The whole team there was super helpful, but Mike excelled with great customer service. I flew into Redmond airport the night before pick up, and Mike picked me up from the hotel, took me to the dealership and made the whole handover process both informative but efficient. Even the trip to the Finance office at Porsche Bend was painless and helpful. All in all, just wish this was my local dealer.

Firstly, buying a Porsche at Porsche is a great experience. I first experienced that pleasure in 2016, now again in 2024. I worked with Rob Weston both times, and he goes out of his way to accommodate your needs both in a car and financially. You don't have to be a millionaire to own a Porsche and I encourage you to visit their dealership. I will tell you that once you experience the art of a Porsche's design and performance, you will be hard pressed to be happy with anything else. Rob and his team are fantastic to work with. This was my second vehicle purchase from Porsche Bend. Prior to this purchase, I consistently received superb customer service at this dealership. This is why I was a returning customer. Huge thanks and appreciation to Mike Bowers, my sales person. Mike was professional, very knowledgeable, responsive and so patient with my endless list of questions. I also appreciated his no pressure approach. Mike and the entire team truly made this car buying experience exceptional ... such a pleasure to work with this local dealership. I’m not a fan of car dealerships, yet here I am writing a deserved 5-star review for Kendall Porsche in Bend, specifically for Tyson Mairs and Mathew Scheafer. After purchasing a vehicle last night I came home and realized the specifications were not as I thought and I was looking for a variation of what I purchased. While I was concerned about the issue, the next morning they said they would take care of me without any concern or pushback. Within the day we returned the vehicle, ordered the new one and they will have me all dialed in with a dream car by next week. This is how you earn loyal customers and goodwill. Cheers and thank you.

I bought a new Cayman S from Jamie Reed in Tysons Corner. I learned that he is now at Porsche Bend. Jamie was always helpful and courteous throughout the purchase process. When I decided to buy the car, I drove to the dealership from North Carolina, about a four or five hour drive. I looked forward to the drive home through the Virginia countryside. Only an hour or so away from the dealership, I stopped for a quick break and when I returned to the car and I had lost all interior electronics, gauge cluster, wipers, etc. I was very disappointed because I had never had any problems with the Cayman I just traded. I called Jamie, my sales professional, and he very calmly discussed the problem with me and after a short while advised me to call Porsche Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance was also very helpful. After about an hour of waiting, the car came back to life with an engine code stating that the car was able to be driven but that I should visit the dealership for service. When I returned home, I arranged for service. When they told me the car was fixed, I picked it up for what I thought would be my first great drive in the car, and the same problem resurfaced. I called Jamie once again. We discussed the issue again and I told him which dealership the car would be going to this time. Jamie told me that he would be in touch with Porsche and that Porsche would be assisting with the problem. The thing that really impressed me, is that when I got the car out of the shop the second time, successfully repaired, I saw written on my paperwork that Porsche had already been in touch with their service technicians before they even began working on the car. You hear people say that a problem is not part of their job description. I don't think what Jamie did was part of the normal duties of his job. His help and reassurance throughout the process meant a lot to me. If Jamie had told me that it wasn't his job to assist me when I was stranded on the side of the road, I don't think I could have argued with him. But he did help and I really appreciated having a concerned person on the phone with me. I'm very thankful he helped me with the problem and got Porsche involved. I know my local dealer would have worked on the car anyway, but I believe the fact that Porsche had already been in touch with them before the car even arrived motivated them to do a great job on the car. If you want to get great service during your purchase and have someone in your corner for anything that might come up after the purchase, buy your new Porsche from Jamie and you'll have that kind of guy on your side. I can't express how much it meant to me knowing that Jamie was looking out for me while navigating Roadside Assistance, Porsche and Service. I truly feel like he went above and beyond what he was required to do.

Even though I didn't end up buying the Cayman GTS 4.0, I still highly recommend Rob Weston and team at Porsche Bend. To no fault of their own I fell for a local GT4. Rob answered all my questions and gave me confidence that a remote sale (I'm in Boise) would have gone smoothly. Worked with Jamie over email and phone for a ‘18 911. They initially didn’t have an allocation but Jamie worked to trade a 911 T allocation they did have. I didn’t ask for a trade but Jamie proactively followed up on it. I had 2 other dealerships prior promising a trade but never followed through. Picked up my car last week after a long anticipated wait :) all ready in a private delivery room when I arrived at dealership. Incredible communication and transparency. Very reasonable on price negotiations from car to maintenance plans. Will do repeat business in future indefinitely.

Mike over at the Bend Porsche dealership was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Mike made us feel right at home right away. He was not pushy even in the slightest bit. He was amazing with our 6 year old son. Mike was super funny and inviting, he made us feel extremely comfortable. The service writer even gave our son an unopened Porche hot wheels to play with and take home. They even made sure the car had a FULL TANK OF GAS for when we took the car home! I know those are little things, but the little things add up. It shows that they genuinely care about their customers and you just dont see that very often in businesses anymore, especially a car dealership. I genuinely mean it when I say that when we go to buy another car it will be through Mike at the Porsche dealership in Bend. I can not recommend them enough

Tyson made buying my Porsche from Washington such an easy and stress free experience. Even though I wasn’t there in person, he went out of his way to send me super detailed videos of the car, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt totally confident about everything before moving forward.
